People don’t like to read and that messes things up for sellers many times if people don’t pay attention. The logo is the face of your business. As a pro designer I definitely understand and teach this. It also depends on what fonts and flow you choose.

Have you made a video on the rigamarole of selling to Germany? The extra identity numbers and such? Also, your postal prices in and from Australia seem reasonable; it costs me $10 for shipping my 40 gram item across the US. Shipping to the UK cost $42 earlier this month (a special test case for me). And now all those prices will go up by 10% in January in the US.

I don't ship to Germany, simply because 1-3 orders a year wasn't worth LUCID rigmarole to me. Wow, those prices are high!!

Is there any videos at all that actually show you how to set it up? I joined Etsy years ago but can't work out how to sell anything. I am all geared up and have been for a long time. I am a self employed Joiner/ Carpenter and I already make furniture such as coffee tables , dining tables, side tables , TV cabinets, bars etc. Also smaller things like pictures, candle holders, storage boxes, shelves, wall art etc. I am not short of ideas of what to sell, I have got ideas coming out of my ears but trying to sell anything of Etsy I find impossible. I tried last week for an hour and a half and had to give up. I got my pictures on , filled everything in and it wouldn't let me go any further because it said I hadn't completed the delivery section. I had no idea what it meant because I had. It is so frustrating when you are all set up with everything else but the only thing that is stopping you is technology. I must admit that technology is not my thing, I struggle with it but I sell things on Ebay and that is straight forward enough. Why is Etsy such hard work?? I know a lot of people but I don't know anybody who sells on Esty. If I did I would gladly pay them to set it up for me!
