Today we'll knock out the first "major" repair of the JG Aurora A5 printer- the dreaded power supply failure. Dramatics aside, what makes this type of failure so bad is
a: they totally kill your printer, and b: these types of PSUs fail OFTEN! Like, "keep a spare on hand to swap out" kind of often.
Luckily for us, the failure is predictable enough that repairing it is trivial. If you've got a soldering iron, you can do it. In fact, here's what I used to repair this power supply:
