True wireless earbuds are at the point that you might as well get 'em instead of traditional buds. But which ones? At $50, the JLab JBuds are an option with some unique selling points. But how do they stack up to others in the segment?
See the JBuds Air on Amazon: amzn.to/2URVXrh
FYI: I may get commissions for purchases made through links in this post.
Disclosure: This video is NOT sponsored, but JLab did send these earphones to me for free. Check 'em out at www.jlabaudio.com/.

3 stars out of 5, dude are you KIDDING me??? I purchased and returned Jabra Elite 65t & Jabra Elite Sport, the sport version in spite of the water resistance rating also sounded way too low. I also bought the beoplay 8 at BB for about $200, and took them back immediately!!! Why? Sound way, waaay too low, when compared to Jaybird-X3 they got to about 60% volume level. I returned them all!!! I have no issues paying $200 for a pair of earbuds, but they'll need to be Damn near perfect, and they simply weren't. Decided to try out the JLabs for $50............. WOW! WOW! WOW! There is simply No Comparison!!! The JLabs Sound incredible!!! They Fit beautiful. Went back and bought wife & Kids a pair as well. To me it simply shows that most of these things are "Marketed" as if they're the last thing since sliced bread... Yet they aint! JLabs for me are at the perfect pricepoint, and the quality so far is Incredible, try them out, you have nothing to lose and everything to gain! Rating: 5 OUT OF 5.

@Patrick PK, See this is the thing about reviews some things about products are very subjective and what one reviewer may not like another may love? it is really perosnal taste and preference. While reviews do help get a general idea of a product, when it comes to audio or video(sight and sound) these are very personal things and have to be experienced by the person and not just by hearsay of others.

I picked up the jlab Jbuds Air after trying Anker soundbuds, they sound good but kind of dull!/muddy compared to the Ankers. Same price but the Ankers did have a more dynamic sound rage. I love the BT 5.0 on the Jbuds, tested them today and they definitely have the farthest range out of any Bluetooth I've ever owned, and I've owned a lot of them. The Jbuds are kind of uncomfortable, the stems could of been a tad bit longer they would feel better for long periods. Other then that they are pretty good for the price, but for me I'm more into how they sound. As a musician and music lover I've got the have the right mix to be 100% and for that reason not feeling it with the Jbuds.

I got these on sale at Walmart for $30, what a deal! Things I like: my phone shows the battery life when connected (Android Pie), there's a lot of button functions, and they actually have some bass for being completely wireless buds. These fit fine for me, using the smallest tips and no cush fins. Things I don't like: they only answer calls with the right piece, you need to pair them together before pairing to your device (matters when you want to use only one), also when you only have one connected it won't let you use the button functions (as he says in the video), and I agree that they take too long to pair. I wish there was a connected app that allows you to turn off the voice prompts, and add a customizable EQ too. A question to anyone who owns these, do you notice a high pitch whine sometimes when recharging the buds in the case? Like just open the case, pull out one bud and put it back in, then close the case and wait for the blue light, and just listen to case.
@SuperReview

Out of all of these headsets, earbuds, headphones that you review, which ones do you normally use? or do you kinda rotate through them all?
@SuperReview
@SuperReview 5 жыл бұрын
Excellent question. I use Bluetooth mostly for podcasts and watching KZfaq around the house, and use wired headphones when I listen to music. Of all the Bluetooth headphones I have, the two I use the most are (1) Trekz Air, and (2) Dudios Zeus Air. (Before I got the Zeus Air, it was the corded Dudios Zeus.) For wired headphones for music listening, I do a lot more hopping back and forth. But my go-tos right now are the Tin T2 Pro and Ikko OH1.

Much cheaper, sound quality is ... I prefer the sound of AirPods, but these probably do more bass. AirPods are smaller and the case is more convenient. These will seal out more outside sound.

Just got a set and love them, they connect together and to my phone within 7 seconds and that’s the long side it’s usually instantaneous. Sound quality is top knotch. I mean if your willing to buy $400 buds for basically the same quality and all more power to you. But these do fine for me and battery last 2-3hours on full volume. Which is plenty. Any longer than that I have to get off the phone anyway. There is a real world out there. To be fair only complaint is they do get the ears sore after 3 hours but find me a pair thy doesn’t and I’ll think of switching

Our Jlabs earbuds lasted exactly 2 1/2 months before 1 side stopped pairing. Tried everything. nothing worked to fix the problem. Jlab provided an RMA, HOWEVER, to replace the earbuds Jlabs charges exhorbinant shipping costs (which clearly cover the cost of the replacement product. For me it will cost 45 CAN dollars in shipping, + $15 CAN dollars for me to ship them the defective earbuds. Thats $60 to replace 2 1/2 month old earbuds. The warranty is worthless. I recommend NOONE buy Jlabs products unless you like to gamble with your money, or you just would like to have a product that will only work 12 times before breaking.
