I liked this. You should do more of this style of video. By the way, when's your union video going to happen? You promised me a discussion on union stuff!

Constructive feedback; Guests should let Vince talk without the need to agree in the affirmative throughout his speaking.

Hey vincent I have a lawsuit currently and my lawyer just submitted the charge to the eeoc and mdcr( michigan dept of civil rights). What does a lawsuit typically look like in all the steps. Currently he said the company has 30 days to respond. He said the charges are very blatant. I was wondering the timeframe and steps to expect. Maybe go through all the steps

Mr. White If an employer terminates a whistleblower employee for what is now proven to be a legally permitted reason ... is that evidence of pretext? Can an employee make a mistake and fire a whistleblower in error, citing they violated a law when they didn't? Are they allowed to say it was an error....but not retaliation? Once the employee is established as a valid whistleblower, the employer has to prove thet were legally fired for a valid reason. In reality the employer knew what they accused the employee of was permitted....under 2 weeks after they filed a whistleblower report with administration....and fired them under this false pretext and challeged them to sue. 2nd question...why do whistleblowers get fired 65% of the time when all the employers need do is pretend they will investigate the issue and never do so....the employee will have no damages and no reason to sue. Then make them miserable months later and fire them for something else. Thank you
