I like adding a little puff rice or any cereal of your choice to the protein yogurt gives it a little bit of a texture crunch for minimal cals. Great video!

Been on a black bean kick myself lately, been doing a burrito bowl meal prep with Spanish style rice cauliflower, Pico de Gallo, low sodium black beans, fat free shredded cheese and chicken breast. Throw some tapatito or Valentina hot sauce on it, BUSSIN. Also stuck on the 90 cal Enlightened Ice Creams lately lol

Trader Joe’s sells frozen roasted potatoes with peppers and onions in their frozen section. Highly highly recommend - about $3 for 5 servings. I personally usually get 3 servings out of the bag..

My recommendations: Dannon light & fit instead of Oikos. It tastes a lot better and is like 84 cals for 12g protein. The good good jelly that you can actually see on the shelves in the video is actually good. I only go for the grape one. It’s like 8 cals a serving. Also, if you mix your pb2 with sugar free syrup it’s a lot creamier and sweeter (idk abt Walden farms though, I use the normal sugar free squeeze bottle syrup)

@@Berries.creamm 12 grams of protein + 9 grams of carbs. Protein & carbs have 4 calories per gram so 21 grams of both combined multiplied by 4 is 84

My favorite butter is Land O Lakes Light ( it comes in tub, sometimes hard to find). Its50 calories per serving and taste just like Butter 🤓

Joey, take your fat free cheese and put your serving in just a little bit of water and push it around until the corn starch washes off (the water will get milky) and then pat dry the cheese with a paper towel and then through it in…cheese melts like full fat cheese..I was blown away when I saw it and tried it.

@@JoeySuggs It’s on order, I can’t wait for it to get here! Also my dude, thanks for turning me on to the oikos triple zero! I’m not a huge fan of yogurt, but that vanilla flavor takes just enough off of that nasty yogurt flavor. I think it’s better than any of the light n fit I’ve ever tried.

Agreed. Everything except Walden syrup are horrible. Also the Hughes zero sugar has such a chemical taste to it as well. I’ll take the little extra calories for sauces that taste good.

@JoeySuggs awesome, appreciate that. All these influencers under 5'10" with 160-180 goal weights just aren't relatable to me. Still appreciate all of them though!
