How to repair a John Deere D105 unit that will not move. Save your hard earn money, by doing this simple repairing the broken yourself. In this video I used a smaller washer, gorilla glue and thread lock. I glued the smaller washer, original washer, spring and screw together. I let it sit for 24 hours to cured. Then I reassembled the spring onto the pulley by pressing down on the screw with my drill and screwed into the pulley half filled with thread lock.
Then I reassembled the entire unit and the tractor move better then it did when I purchased it.
