No wonder the in-house legendary producer for BigHit Pdogg, who worked with Jimin throughout the whole album, stated that “in 2023 K-pop will be ended by Park Jimin”! Seeing this made me that much more excited, for the full album, Jimin’s “FACE” released on March 24, along with his main song ‘Like Crazy’ MV. Jimin’s other songs “Face-Off”, “Alone”, as well as hidden track “Letter” are all equally amazing! Though Jimin’s song ‘Set Me Free Pt.2’, blew me away , meeting all my expectations & then some, I was also not totally surprised, because indeed Jimin is now ‘set free’ from the confines of being part of a group, to now be able to open up full throttle and ‘finally’ be able to release all that he held back for so many yrs! SMF Pt 2 is such a banger. It's my son's favorite on the EP and we play it loud and sing along. I thought it was hilarious that some ppl were very critical of it for ridiculous reasons and I was like, "Hey, listen to it again haters because he is talking to you." 😂 I was so proud of him for making this song, and the video and choreography are also amazing at emphasizing the themes of the song.
