Huh, I just noticed something. So Johnathan's, Joseph's, and Holy's stands are all variations of the same stand. They're all vines. Johnathan and Joseph also know Hamon, which has the ability to heal people. Now, look at both Josuke and Giorno. They both have healing powers, just like Hamon. But also look at Jolyne. Her power is to turn herself into strings, which she can use to latch onto objects. Kinda like Hermit Purple, the somewhat confirmed visualization of Hamon as a stand. All of the Jojo's stands are somewhat connected to Hamon. Whether it be with the ability to heal people, or the ability to create controllable apendages which can grab onto things. The only exception is Jotaro. But if you wanna make a big reach, you can say star finger is just like Zeppeli's extended punch

Headcanon: If Holly could control her Stand, it would be called "Kiss From A Rose" and would be used to whip or entangle people with its vines while also draining their life force, which makes them tired and pacified as a side effect and allows Holly to use the life energy to heal herself and others (vampires and zombies would be immune due to being undead). Holly's lack of control resulted in Kiss From A Rose draining her own life force, hence why it would have killed her if DIO's death hadn't rendered it inactive.

As far as I can tell, it might just work similar to Joseph’s stand but without hamon. So basically it’s a vine that she can use to strangle or trap enemies, which is what the visuals mean. Just a thought…

Many people joke about how a monkey or a tree can handle their stand better than Holly, but I think there is good reason she had no control over it. Let's go over the stand's design first. It has Appearance of vines with leaves, berries and leafs. Does this remind you of something? Yes, hermit purple and Jonathan's (DIO's) stand. In sbr extra chapter Araki stated that powers like spin and hamon are step towards unlocking a stand. Later in the story we see Gyro summon Ball breaker using steel balls and perfect spin. Considering this hermit purple and etc. might be hamon's stand aswell. You might bring up that the hamon is only part of these stands. However, in part 3 we see DIO using Jonathan's stand while already having The World. We know that Jonathan soul passed, but the last bit of hamon in his body still tried fighting DIO. In another interview with Araki it was stated that Joseph unconsciously used hermit purple in part 2. However, it truly Awakened when DIO stabbed himself with an arrow. Joseph had no problem with it because he trained his hamon to high degree. Unlike Joseph, Holly had no experience with hamon, and so she couldn't control her stand
