I never thought I was going to share these problems with all of you, since I thought it was over and that talking about it only would make it worse.
But in September it happened again, and this time it was worse than ever. We had some hard days when we had to leave our house for a sick/crazy man that have been stalking me/obsessing about me in short periods of time for the last 6 years.
When I felt the most hopeless I shared about this on my blog for the first time, telling about the nightmare we were in, and I got so incredible much support. In the end I realized that sharing this made it easier. Both because people that live close by and in towns nearby got to know about this and we could feel so much more safe knowing that people were keeping their eyes open.
And I also realized that things like these are important to share and talk about. There are so many people going through similar things. And as I was in the middle of this "nightmare" I thought about all the people that goes through this every day. People that has a stalker that takes away all their freedom. That makes them live in constant fear. I just can't even imagine how that would be.
I have just got a glimpse of it, as this man goes into "psychosis" once or twice every year and only stalks me during these times. But omg, that is enough. Enough for turning my life upside down.
Enough for forcing us to leave our house in fear of what he could do.
I just wish with all my heart that this man now gets the help he needs to keep the psychosis under control, and that we can continue living our lives just as normal. I never, ever want to spend one second feeling fear/anxiety because of this.
So...this is the reason it took me so long to make a new vlog. We couldn't work for about 2 weeks and after that we just had so incredible much to do to catch up again.
But, now I am back again, stronger than ever! :)
THANK YOU FOR WATCHING! ♥ Sending you all lots of love!

Jonna, I highly recommend you look at the story of artist Gillian Genser before embarking on your work with the shells. She got very sick from working with shells, as they contained concentrated levels of heavy metals. I am also an artist, and many years ago I got heavy metal poisoning from painting with my fingers. My body has never recovered, and I would hate for the same thing to happen to you. The shells your Dad brought are so beautiful, and fingers crossed they are safe 🙏💜

I am a hospice nurse who works with many, many patients suffering from a wide range of mental problems. It is heartbreaking to witness. That is a kind and gentle way of seeing it. Kindness and compassion are a luxury we can only afford to give when their is saifty. If a mentally ill person is a serious threat to others to the point of coming to their home and breaking in and being violent compassion goes out the window as far as I'm concerned. That is no longer a mentally ill person it is simply a threat and I would treat them as such. Im all for being gentle and kind so long as this person doesn't pose a threat to the people I love who can not ever be replaced in the event this mentally ill person has an episode and takes what can never be replaced aka a life. It's always better to error on the side of caution when dealing with people like this man.

This psychosis has not been verified has it. The cops should have taken him right to the hospital here in the US if they are real. I think he's been doing this before and to other women and knows how to fame the system. Please get a protective guard dog. That has helped me when I had to deal with this type of issue. It's amazing how a dog sends people running. You are a positive gift on this platform and in the world, we don't want anything to happen to you. Mace is also another thought. Keep safe.

Sweden and their laws are often very different that other countries. It is unfortunate that the authorities couldn’t do something more effectively sooner. Jonna did the most difficult but right thing and let the system run its course and do the right thing. It takes a special kind of person to handle the situation the way you did. God bless! My family is from Falkoping (Gudham Perish) dating back to the year 1000.

Having to wait in such situations is extremely difficult. However, there's a good reason that the police can't just take people away and lock them up or force them into a hospital. Just imagine if they could: someone could just call the police and make claims about someone. Or people with influence using their power. It's good that there are rules that the police need to follow such as having evidence before taking away the freedom of people. And having protocols and documentation so that it can be checked that they don't abuse their power. Jonna did the right thing by informing and providing the police with evidence and because of that the police could refer the man to a psychiatric hospital. (I understand that this can feel unfair, but ultimately it is good that there are rules) Really glad that it turned out okay for Jonna and Johan in the end (and that the man is probably getting help now)

You have to look at it the other way: It's not the criminal who's stealing her freedom, it's the authorities and the law by allowing criminals to go about doing these things to her free of punishment. The guy ransacked her studio, burned her signature, sent her videos walking around her home in the darkness, sent her messages saying he was going to rape her, they even found him standing in her yard totally naked and arrested him for three hours before letting him go. The next step was for the police to come to her house to give her tips on how to murder proof it instead of actually dealing with the guy who wants to rape and murder her. What a disgrace.

@@jonnajinton I don't understand Jonna. You have a man, so why isn't he doing anything to put a stop to this? If someone was threatening and stalking my wife at our home in the middle of the evening I can guarantee you with 100 percent certainty that person would end up the hospital or the morgue. Do you own a firearm? You need to load it, keep it nearby and let your stalker know you will shoot him if he comes to your home again. As someone who was also stalked by a man who has a kind of condition, their condition is never an excuse to making you feel unsafe or fearful. It does not negate the consequences to their actions. Nor does it mean any less that they can’t or won’t hurt you. I was terrified he would hurt me (and my roomate) but police said he was just “odd” and didn’t act on it. Me and my roomate had to move and drop everything to be safe and away from him. Stalking is terrifying I’m really sorry you went through that

Why wait until property is destroyed... or someone seriously injured... mental issues should be taken seriously. Individuals like this man should be locked up in a mental hospital and treated until they are well enough to be part of the society again. BEFORE property is destroyed. BEFORE someone gets seriously injured. BEFORE they blow up the house. Happened here in Hungary, several years ago. A schizophrenic man was living in a 10-storey building with his mother. Neighbours were complaining to the police for a year before the tragedy that this man was storing explosive chemicals in their apartment. They could smell the foul smells of these chemicals through the vents. But the police did nothing. His psychyatrist thought he was not dangerous. Until one day those explosive chemicals did blow up. Five storeys of the building were destroyed, seven people killed (including this man and his mother), many more became homeless and also psychologically injured for the rest of their lives. Had this man been taken to a mental hospital and treated adequately there this tragedy would have never happened. Police... Psychiatrists... Why let such tragedies happen? Why let someone be stalked for YEARS and wait until her PROPERTY is DESTROYED before raising your butts? Just... why...?

I dealt with a stalker on and off for 8 years. I moved twice, changed my number several times and ended up staying at an ex-boyfriend's house, just to be off the grid. I had a friend who was a police officer, and would drive by my father's house twice per day to make sure I was safe. I thought the stalker was going to kill my family, and the experience changed me forever. To this day I'm still too cautious to post anything personal on social media or KZfaq, even though it's my passion to share beauty with the world. I don't understand some people's mentality of when they find a butterfly, they want to hold it and crush its wings. I know some people might say get over it, but a restraining order doesn't protect you when your stalker shows up in the middle of the night at your bedroom window. Fear sucks your life away, knowing how to express your beauty in the world and keep yourself safe is a necessity. You're such a light Jonna, I pray for your safety and that no one will ever have the power to clip your wings. Thank you so much for the beautifully artistic videos and for the ice sounds you post I'm so happy that you exist! The ice percussion sounds sooth my soul! 🦋💛☮️

@Resist Reality: reading a forum labeled "stalker problems" and not expecting personal stories is illogical. Sharing stories is cathartic and helpful for others, especially those who are not yet empowered. To be clear, stalker's are self entitled. They don't respect boundaries and ignore a person's demand to be left alone. Expecting others to respect personal boundaries is a basic right, not a privilege. It certainly does not make a woman a princess to have her boundaries respected.

He'd done so many weird things but one day my stalker was waiting for me to come home from work (I didn't tell him that I had started a new job or anything yet he knew what time I got home at!). He hid in a nearby bush then jumped out at me and threw water all over me shouting things and threatened to have people beat me up. I phoned the police that day and because he had no criminal record I decided not to press charges but he was warned by officer that if he ever bothered me again then he would probably end up in jail. I'm 30 years old now and whenever I see him (which is rare, but we live in same area) he holds his head down and he's never bothered me again.

@sandman What ordoveritas meant is that even if she did what she did naked it wouldn't justify anyone attacking or stalking her.... You can never justify that shit, it's how you end up with women being forced to wear Burqa's for '' their own protection ''. It's justified by men telling them that they have to dress that way otherwise they deserve to get raped. The same thing is done with women not having a man escort them in a lot of countries and backwards cultures. People justify rape and men go free because people say that women who don't cover themselves and don't have male escorts deserve it. It's fucked up. Edit: But I dunno maybe you think that saying that women never deserve to get raped is wrong? In which case you're just a fucked up psycho idiot.

Fun right 🥰 But I forgave him because he was actually from a mental hospital and the house I live in was his old house. And he thought I was his dead wife which is why he raped me. He would cut me and right his wife’s name on my body too😊. But I felt bad because he had actually been in a coma but his wife died when he was. He had no one. I still go visit him too and make sure he has enough money too live. I didn’t mean for every situation u should just forgive people. But in my heart I felt like I took the right path. I just thought it’s good to forgive and try putting your self in other people shoes. But whatever hope u find me my dads living with me during Covid and I would love to see him beat someone up I love watching him do that 🥰🤩

Deb Roo hi! I’m a Swede as well, but I’ve lived in the US so I see where you’re coming from with that question. The thing is, realistically, most people rarely have to defend themselves against harm. I know different places are more or less safe than others, but generally Sweden is a safe country. Also, I do train in martial arts. Not so much for the self defense, rather for the competitive aspect. However, beginners always ask what the best moves are for defending yourself, and the answer is always: run away. The best way to defend yourself is always to get away, as opposed to challenging the person.

I had a stalker for about six years. He was an ex-boyfriend. He followed me, he called my office often and wouldn’t talk. He spread rumors about me. Then he threatened me. He even had letters to the editor published in major magazines that referred to me. I changed my name, my appearance and the city where I lived. He found me again when I started at a new university and came to my house, watching me and leaving notes on my car. I did contact the police, but they couldn’t locate him, as he lived in another state. My landlord called him. My lawyer sent him a letter. But that didn’t stop him. I moved across country to live with friends. Again, he tracked me to my new state but I used a post office box so he did not have my street address. Finally, I moved back home, to the other end of the country, and my family wrote to him warning him not to come looking for me. I found out from friends he was still obsessed with me, but he did keep his distance for a while. When letters started to arrive again, I moved to another country. Last year, I found out he had died. These incidents came in cycles, like yours. It seemed to be three months of every year, and then I would hear nothing for many months. At first I was very scared, and I learned how to take care of myself. I gained confidence when I began to know he couldn’t hurt me unless I let him. I’m sorry you had this terrible experience, we all love you and Johann, and I am happy you are safe.

I agree...mental illness is so hard to be a part of & also be a victim of, when there's violence. Jonna, you are such a dear, beautiful, kind & compassionate woman with a spirit that must have touched his heart ( like for so many of us), but his illness got in the way of expressing himself appropriately. I'm glad you, Johan, & your family are safe.

Even if Jonna was "flirting" as you say because this man appeared "normal" on initial contact, and this is what predators do, they deceive their prey. This is NO justification for stalking. When he asked her out and to the beach she declined his offer. NO means NO! The problem and blame does not lie with Jonna but with the man with mental problems. I am no psychologist or a doctor but this man may have a "B" Cluster Personality Disorder, namely Narcissistic Personality Disorder and even if he has some psychosis, he knows what he is doing. From what I have learnt over the passed five years on this mental disorder, this is typical Narcissistic Personality Disorder behaviour.

Yes predators do like a vulnerable dear, beautiful, kind & compassionate woman with a spirit that must have touched his heart. Perfect prey! I believe this man has a "B" Cluster, Narcissistic Personality Disorder and even if he has some psychosis HE KNOWS EXACTLY WHAT HE IS DOING! Please do not show any compassion as this will be taken as weakness and vulnerability and he will feed on it. The brain has been hard-wired and there is no treatment for this disorder. He will probably always remain as a predator looking for vulnerable victims. Save your compassion for someone who deserves it.

I deid not know if he shout or not but later I safed my mothers life he tried to kill her. So I was a victiom verrry early and I know all skinds of psychos also I know alot of murderers- with drug backround or psychobackround. With all of my experiences I can help others and so I do now for 30 years. I am an expert in stalker stuff. She was flirting with him for many years. And IF this guy had shown a personality like you say then it is also her own falt when she still was reading and talking to him.Only "victims" with disfunctional souls stay in the near and dialog with such kind of persons. She did all wrong what she coudl do., And now its payday and teching for her and her husband. Nowhere the police can protect one. No where. And if the "law and justize" is on the side of a danger or danger and sick person- then men women must take the responsebility and take care of such men. I had a "russian" drug dealer that was 20 years young and lived 500 meters from my flat. I live in an eara with thousends of flats...so this men attacs and hurt my nabours earley in the morning when he was "high" on crack or cocaine."He runs to the people and hit them from there back in the face or so. The nabours came to me and they said that they have fear to go out. The police did nothing. Even if one had a brocken nose. One day I saw the men- sitting on a parkbank. I was friendley put my arms around his neck and said to him "that the poeple around 800 meters are under my protection. And if I hear that he will attact one mor inocent person- victim- then I will putt him alive in a grave in my garden"...Guess what: HE got fear. He stopped to attact others. Later he went in Jail. Jonna is a public person. Today more then 5 years ago. There a selfprotecting rules if a attractive women goes viral. There is a point in life where a mental ill person can be stopped to attac others. But the "how and when" is only in the hand of Jonna.

You can't put forth the idea that only humans are cruel, then when told that plenty of animals also show extreme cruelty in nature say "Yes, but..." because that is totally backpedaling from your original statement. Morality is nothing but a social concept. That is why in nature we see it selectively and also why we see it selectively in humans. It is not in human nature to be kind or cruel, it is only in our social nurturing do we become either of those things.

In Sweden we have kind of strage laws agenst wepons. Even if someone broke in to your house with a gun and was going to shot you and you used a butterknife to defend yourself you can be the one behind bars afterwords if the introder got hurt. The safest way to defend yourself in Sweden is to always be preperd. Take self-defense classes or something like that. It was a case a cuple of years ago where a man broke in to a ladys apartment armd and got bitten by her dog. But because she didn't have a sign at her door warning people that she had a dog, she got arrasted. You can get away with using things around you to defend yourself, like if your outside you can use a branch or if you are in a bar you can frow a chair at the person but only so much that you can get away from the person. If the person get to hurt by your hands that person can sue you.
