Living Well With TJ Not all young black people who were killed were resisting. Some were children using paintball guns. Assuming these young black youths aren't acting civilized is bigotry itself. How ironic of you! Nice try. Seems like you're the one setting low expectations, huh?
@youwatch2muchtv7 жыл бұрын
I'm stating the fact that the car wasn't even completely stopped when they shot the child, leading me to believe they didn't even think about trying to assess the situation. A Cops' response can't be to shoot everything because they're scared. They're supposed to be more brave than the average citizen because they signed up for a totally optional job.

+Living Well With TJ um if a person holds their hands up or lays on the ground that's resisting?! Because many have been killed by police that way. Interesting it's black ppl. If white folks do it; they're complying. If it's black folks; they're resisting. Turn off Fox News.

Brb09 That's the problem they have seen too much violence. Judy should be addressing the violence of the past rather than pretend it does not perpetuate more. Foolish of Judy who seems to have seen enough and wants to bury her head in the sand imo.
@kimsechrist41396 жыл бұрын
Anna Vajda Judy is far from foolish, although she probably is done with her. The main problem is the two are coming from different sides that neither understands. JJ was taught that violence is wrong, but probably never really witnessed real violence anyway. Thus, she can't understand where the defendant is coming from. At the same time The defendant is likely a woman who has never seen JJ's side. She's been taught from childhood that problems are solved with violence, and has obviously witnessed fatal violence. What she needs is a place or person who can teach her that there are other solutions.

I admire Judge Judy in so many ways and I'm glad that she makes millions of dollars because she earned every damn dime, but a part of me sort of feels sorry for her in a way. She has seen the worst of humans that other humans heap on each other for years on end. What ever shred of innocence she had is long gone now. Yes, in her in own way she is imploring this young woman to stop the violence, stop it. Why people have to continue to be ugly to each other when all is lost is a mystery and a shame. I heard the hurt in Judge Judy's voice and it came out as anger, but I still heard the hurt underneath it all.

This is the culture that many kids are growing up in. They see nothing wrong with having children out of wedlock by someone who is involved in criminal activity. This is not because of racism, this is because people do not know the appropriate time to have children.
@parkerbeard61704 ай бұрын
This is why I've never been a fan of young people becoming parents before turning 21. It's not b/c of Race and what not,. they're still kids and they're not grown up. Having kids at a young age is not going to automatically change that person. Their children are going to feed off of their behavior, they need to be more responsible and set a good example to them.
