I didn't know that any damaged to a vehicle due to vandalism, the owner can double claim. I mean if the owner already claim from the insurance, the owner suppose to can only sue for the insurance deductible. But if the owner wanted to claim without going through insurance, then it makes sense that the person vandalised his car paid for the whole cost. And I agreed that there must be at least 2 estimates. I'm sure if the plaintiff claim at people's court, the judge won't allow double claim.
