Its hilarious that this came out today because just this weekend my friend told me he wants to make a krenko edh deck. Im going to make sure he sees this!!

I would suggest adding Bloodmark Mentor to the deck. When you have all these tiny goblins running around, giving them all first strike can go a long way.

If you want to go goblin tribal AND you need a creature with massive power and toughness, I recommend Reckless One; 3 basic 1 Red, "Haste, Reckless One's power and toughness are each equal to the number of Goblins on the battlefield." When I get him on the board with Krenko, he is really hard to get rid of.

Krenko has such a huge target on his back, I would try to include some ways to protect him (boots being the obvious first choice).

you can also just go infinite with skirk prospector, krenko and 7 goblins

That sword is the answer to all my goblin token-related prayers dude. This is a great combo for commander, but honestly since I play casual house rules I can have any amount of these cards... I might buy three of each of these crazy ass cards

I think a lot of people forget about some of the older goblin cards a lot of the time. I love attacking with 10 or more tokens on turn 4 or 5 xD and if you have them powered with a Lord or anthem effect.. I love it

Cavern of Souls has become hella expensive now, but I haven’t heard of Command Beacon yet! That land looks awesome. I had games in which my Krenko was killed three times in a row and I was locked out of my commander. Command Beacon does help with that a lot! Thanks for making the video!

Just revisiting my old collection and found my Goblin Mob deck. It was incredibly fun back in 2003/4. I would love to return to this game and building a new goblin deck, but i'm far outdated about new mechanics...

I love seeing fun commander decks like this. I actually have a krenko deck myself and run almost all of your suggested cards. A few suggestions I would make would be mogg infestation, brightstone ritual, chancellor of the forge and goblin warrens. Goblin warrens is a great mana dump when you are low on cards and synergies really well with impact tremors and boggart shenanigans. Great vid!

My first commander deck was Krenko and he was a blast! I've since decided to splash black and out Wort at the helm, but the deck is still pretty much Krenko-centric:) thanks for the deck tech!

World at war which has rebound for an extra attack phase, hellkite charger that helps let you attack again with haste himself, war cadence to hurt them on being able to block and any cards to take your opponents creatures like conquering manticore all are cheap add ins that are usually in the 25-75 cent binder.

Don't forget Ashnod's Alter and a big ol Fireball! (Or Burn Within, or Devil's Play, or Kaervek's Torch, or Banefire or etc, etc, etc.) Goblins are born to be fodder! I love when a blue player taps out the previous turn and I just burn his face for the win!

I like Goblin Assassin for some mass coin flipping/sacrifice shenanigans. Whenever it or another goblin enters EVERYONE flips a coin and sacs a creature if they get tails. It can be super annoying, but it has an off switch if you sacrifice the assassin.

I was going to start mine after I got tired of my neheb set up. Though this has me fired up to work on this goblin deck. Goblins❤❤

I bought a Krenko to build a commander deck with a DAY before wizards said released the dual deck info online, didn't stop me from picking it up tho. Highly suggest running Krenko as a goblin commander.

I run a Krenko deck, and like to think it's well tuned so will be interesting to see how mine fares against this one in cards and price. I don't remember how much mine cost me tho, but was a bit. That said I have a Blood Moon in my deck too. Coat of Arms is a swell card as it counts all creatures that share a type, not just yours, people playing some random goblins for value give me dat buff, also means that they get buffed too but that's one creature vs my 20+ goblins. "Reach is the ability to close out a game" Uh, actually, it's the ability that allows you to block fliers :P Vicious Shadows is a bit too much mana for a goblin deck, you want to have your top mana costs at 5 or 6, not 7. Also it's very situational, if they have 1 or 2 cards in hand it's ok for the mana to get it out, if they have none then you get hosed. Goblin Warstrike is my favourite 1 mana fireball :D Legion Loyalist is probably the best 1/1 for 1 in this deck, better than Lackey as it means everything gets first strike and trample _and_ can't be blocked by tokens. Lackey you drop it turn 3 or 4 and it may do nothing. IMO Dragon Fodder and Krenko's Command and other token cards like that aren't that great, they're not bad but there's other spells I'd rather spend my mana on.

Sygg River Guide! He's my favorite and he really remind me of the merfolk equivalent of krenko, where you can either win with unblockable aggro and commander damage or through super awesome combos (some of which are board-flooding tokens wink wink, merfolk krenko) I'd love to see your take on him

All that bit at 12:19 made me curious why Furnace of Rath/ Dictate of the twin gods wasn't mentioned as they would double all those damage effects, also quite budget. I like Pandemonium and Warstorm Surge also to really get at your opponent. Neheb the eternal might not be so bad either in this deck:P

I won with voracious dragon, outrage shaman and Neheb the eternal. Neheb was in play from the previous turn. Cast outrage Shaman, gain 11 life. Swing for almost lethal, cast voracious dragon. Sacrifice every single goblin (even Krenko, because I knew I had the game) and dealt enough damage to win. Best part was... I told my opponent that I was winning this turn

My favorite commander deck BY FAR is Krenko. My deck is like $900 and I'm working on foiling as much as I can. If you would like I can make a list and send it to you if you give me a way to contact you. :)

I wanna build this deck so bad. I feel like combo might be the optimal way to build it but aggro just sounds like so much fun.

This is the first time I'm watching one of these actively looking for ideas and nodding a lot. I have a Krenko/Purphoros deck (I pulled Purphoros in a pack) I swap between him and Krenko as my commander and the first time I played the deck, I used Purphoros as my commander and the moment we revealed our commanders, I instantly became everyone's enemy. Having like 7 people actively trying to kick you out of the game isn't fun and I lasted like three turns thanks to the Kaalia player.

I think battle squadron would fit great in this deck, it is kind of pricey in terms of mana, but it can get big really quickly, and of course, it gives you another flying creature, something this deck desperately needs. Also, brightstone ritual can give you a lot of mana as well to enable those pricey game finishers.

Krenko is so busted. I'm thinking of changing my Zada deck into a Krenko deck. I have many of these cards in the Zada deck already.

I run horn of greed for extra card draw, a little bit of group hug never hurts in a Krenko build.

Ya Krenko is my best edh deck. Before the mull changes he was almost 90% of the time turn 4 win. Still its a good deck that can steal games.

Staff of Nin. At 6 mana, it's expensive, but it basically is an extra card per turn. At $0.82, its perfect as a budget draw engine, cause late game is where draw is far more important. Bonus? It's colorless. Good if you want a different deck. Your best friend in cheap red decks.
