I’m both feet I went from jumping high off one to jumping high off two. Then I slacked because of personal bs. my word for you guys that are starting, pls listen to what he says it’s vital. And don’t ever stop doing you. Keep working out kuz I promise we are all on the same path to achieving our goals. I’m here boys, ima start a channel not on this account doe. Nice vid as always! But a little critique from my side. You do a lot of talking and explaining which is really nice but it would be awesome and better imo if you could balance it with showing(detailled) how to do it or let an athlete do it so we can see while you explain

I am 6 foot 245 pounds i squat 350 bench 200 and dead lift 410 what position do you suggest for football?

6’4 245 is great size for a defensive end or outside rush linebacker. Honestly those lifts are rather weak for ur size tho. But if ur athletic and can move ur feat it doesn’t matter on the field
