I learned 2 things after my first session: 1) Get ready to sweat 2) I'm woefully uncoordinated. Apparently dancing well when buzzed at your cousin's wedding does not prepare you for the mini-trampoline.

I was feeling guilty that I had gotten the tramp a month ago and barely used it - remembered I subscribed to you and found this workout! It was perfect although my feet stayed pretty planted I did it!

I was watching an educational video before yours I forgot I had upped the speed to 1.25 bc the presenter is a slow speaker. I was surprised your workout was so fast and then I remembered 😂 oh I need to restore the original speed 😂 Okay now I’ll hop on my tramp and get jumping 🎉

Pro tip for added sweat in this workout: have a toddler under you and try not to step on them. When I finished this my 2 year old looked up at me and said "mommy more DANCING" 😂😂😂 WE will be doing this again!
