I think the unfair decks just havent been found yet. I really don't belive that a format that has demonic tutor, necropotence, dark ritual, treasure cruise, dig through time and brainstorm will remain a midrange format for long.

Hahaha that Tresspasser is a working class hero, partying with the jet set. Love your enthusiasm with this format! Even if I miss a couple hundreds of wildcards to play It, is so fun to watch.

Those games felt so nice and fun to play. I was skeptical as you mentioned of trespasser, I mean it's a standard card right? But it really does the job in this format. Sideboard also feels great, looking forward to trying this deck.

First of all, great video! Been enjoying your timeless content. This is the list I'm currently playing and I have great success with it. Unholy Heat is too unrealiable, as you said. That's why I went with Lightning Bolt instead. Questing Druid (bowmaster) and jarsyl (not actively putting cards into the graveyard) were some cards I wasn't too sure about, but they actually feel pretty good. Wouldn't go higher then 2 each tho. Thanks for the content. One tip I have after the first match: if your deck doesn’t draw extra cards, don’t spend a card in the opponents orcish bowmaster.

At 51:40, our opponent goes to cast Drown in the Loch targeting our Tarmogoyf. At this point, our graveyard consists of 2 cards: Orcish Bowmasters and a fetchland. Exiling either with Deathrite Shaman would counter the Drown. On a different note, I'm reluctant to put Go Blank in my decks, considering how poorly it matches up against Veil of Summer.

Suggestion: DON'T cast minsc vs opponents lighting bolt. He's etb ability passes priority with 3 loyalty

Maybe Mono Red (splashing black for bowmaster and deathrite at best and maybe fatal push to beat goyff and sheoldred) might be viable as well. Swiftspear is certainly alright. Kumano plays well against bowmaster as well. And since everyone runs thoughtseize and shocks for self drain you probably just finish games with a little bit of reach in form of lightning bolt.

my 4c Omnath list is 15-5 at mythic right now, I agree that without free spells you can't be as greedy and you need to know exactly when to be aggressive and when to just sit back and play the control game@@tonybetbadal5017

I gotta be honest. This deck, on paper, doesn't look like it should be winning as much as other decks, but I am fucking people up with Jund on the ladder. Over 80% win rate right now.

its kind of ironic that despite "all cards on arena" being legal, the actual playable card pool is prob smaller than the playable card pool of standard.

That’s always the case with eternal formats. The older they are the less “playable” cards there are. Thats because older formats have gate keeping cards. However a big misconception is that eternal formats aren’t brew friendly. Simply not true. Yes the top decks are mostly solved but it doesn’t mean that a brew can’t do well competitively

Alchemy cards aren't nerfed in timeless. Try to set the format on traditional timeless: crucias should be 3/3. However i'm happy to not see alchemy cards and i love the fact u r the only content creator that plays tarmogoyf 😍

WotC's announcement says Timeless uses rebalanced version of digital cards but original versions of paper cards. If Crucias is unnerfed in Timeless then that sounds like a bug.

i dont think crucias is confusing that its nerfed we play with the original printing of every card, but there is no original printing of alchemy only cards, they only exist in this one way there are now, basicly the "nerfs" and "buffs" are eratas on the card and so the 3-1 is the original card now.

I thought about Jarsyl, but dismissed it thinking it only flashbacks instant and sorceries. Now I read it again. Yeah, probably is worth a shot considering you can recast your bowmasters/goyfs and even Fable. Seems good.
