50 ml warm water.
50 ml warm milk.

35 ml vegetable oil.
Mix well.
Sift 250 g wheat flour.

Form a ball from the dough.
Lubricate the bowl with vegetable oil.
Put the dough in a bowl.
Cover the dough with cling film.
Let the dough rise in a warm place for 1-1.5 hours.
For the filling.
Cut two medium-sized apples into cubes.
Put 35 g butter in a frying pan.
Sauté apples over medium heat for 7 minutes until soft.
Take the apples from the fire.
The dough has risen well.
Put the dough on the table.
Beat down the dough.
Divide the dough into 8 equal parts.
The weight of each part of the dough is 59 g.
Form a ball from each piece of dough.
Cover the dough with cling film.
Leave it like that for 10 minutes.
Roll out a ball of dough with a rolling pin.
Put 1.5-2 teaspoons of apples on the dough.

Brush the rolls with the remaining egg (1/2 chicken egg).
Bake the buns in the oven preheated to 170 °C for 15-20 minutes.
