Ingredients:
lasagna sheets
1 carrot
1 parsley
2 zucchini
2 eggplants
1 pepper
1 onion
3 - 4 cloves of garlic
800 ml chopped tomatoes (3⅓ cups)

2 tbsp olive oil
2 teaspoons Italian herb mix

For the béchamel sauce:
3 tbsp vegan margarine
3 tbsp flour
3 cups oat cream
Salt
Black pepper
Bake: 200°C / 392°F 20 minutes on top/bottom heat
