I always wore my shirts long and untucked. I couldn’t figure out why I looked so frumpy even in a very expensive top. Once I tucked and put on a belt I realized my type.

Hi Merriam, I purchased my Full Report (received Nov 18, 2023, typed as Sharpened Soft; Warm & Radiant) and submitted a quote request as outlined in your email to clarify my best colours about a month ago now; I haven’t heard back yet - kindly advise. I've also sent messages to the technical support emails provided as well as from an additional email account on my side. [After going to the store multiple times and trying on my suggested best warm and bright colours, I find they do not suit me. Perhaps it is a photo issue. I also purchased the club membership to gain further insight.]
