I like Bishop a lot , he is a true fighter and has good technique . He showed a very strong version here but obviously not strong enough for rvj who deserved this win. Clearly a pure strength difference

@Michael Trumph yes sir , he has very big hands and very thin legs , thats a big plus when you compete in strict weight categories. They weighted the same but rvj had his pounds where they matter. That said Bishop is also a very strong guy , I’ve watched some of his training are insane...not enough for rvj tho.. I wish both the best

One thing I've noticed with Rob is that he is a slow starter, he usually loses the first round or is struggling the most in the first round and gets better as the match goes on

Yes I'd like to see him at a lower weight class... Rob had much higher webbing in 2nd and 4th round though... Maybe Wal needs some new refs. If they don't want to get rid of bart at least get some assistance refs that will be able to help officiate the matches better. That failed strap with Jerry should have been a restart.

Probably low bodyfat and small legs I'd guess. As an armwrestler fighting at a specific weight limit, you want to pack all the size where you want it in order to be successful.

Trevor Allen RVJ cuts weight to make middleweight and then eats to refuel and carb up so he regains a lot of weight the day of the competition. He’s at least 210 here maybe 215. Same thing with UFC fighters cutting weight then regaining.

I really like Bishop but he didn't stand a chance against Rob. He won one match because he's that Great of an arm wrestler. Just too much lean musculature and horsepower on Rob. There's a big dif between Robs lean 200 and Justin's much softer 200.
