INGREDIENTS FOR THIS RECIPE :
(HINDI)
बेसन - २ कप
देशी घी - १ कप
दूध - ३ चम्मच
गुड (कूटा हुआ) - १ कप
दूध (गरम) - १ कप
बादाम (कटे हुए)
पिस्ता (कटे हुए)
(ENGLISH)
Gram flour - 2 cup
Desi Ghee - 1 cup
Milk - 3 table spoon
Jaggery (beaten) - 1 cup
Milk (hot) - 1 cup
Almonds (chopped)
Pistachios (chopped)

डिशेस बहुत बढिया होती है परतु अनावश्यक बाते पटरपटर सुनना ईऱीटेटिंग हता है माई थोडा सुननेवालोके प्रति सहानुभुति रखो. उदा. . . ४चमच मोईन कहनेके बाद जो बकबक चलती है वो नही सुनी जाती सिर्फ . . ४ चमच मोईन हाथसे अच्छा मसल लो . . इतना कहो माई. "४ चमच मोईन "य़ह पाॅईन्ट बाकी बकबक मे दब जाता है. नई नई कुकींग करनेवाला / वाली आपकी सूचना नही पालन करगी तो उसकी पाककृति बिगड जाएगी. जाएगी तो जाएगी!
