@julianhartinger2351 4 жыл бұрын
@Danilo Blandon its not possible to get that big without some help like HGH, maybe dbol etc., the human body has its limits you know. Allmost all the famous bodybuilders you know have take either steriods or hgh or something else. Even Arnold admitting using hgh I believe it was. And there is nothing wrong with it (beside obvious health problems down the road), he is still dedicated to his craft and working out is his life. Its only a problem when people say they are a natty when they are not.

He is clear about how to do things? He says a bunch of nonsense about mind muscle connections and reps and nothing about the large (insanely large) amounts of drugs he is on, which makes him into the person he is (body wise). Nothing to do with his "wise words" and everything to do with the drugs. He is the opposite of clear. He is completely conning thousands, if not hundreds of thousands into believing that he has the secret answer to working out, even though all he does is takes a shit load of drugs. That being said he is a nice fucking guy. So props to his attitude lol!

Very good series. I remember watching this the first time 6 years ago and Kai motivated me to start going to the gym, taking my diet seriously and pushing through various barriers in my life. Today, I am reaping many benefits of that decision I made after being inspired by this remarkable human being. I'm grateful. On another note, the obsessiveness of some people in the comments section is troubling. I have seen this on many KZfaq videos where some person will post the same negative comment over a hundred times as if his/her life's purpose is to hate. I pray that those with mental illness get help ASAP.

I'm not even 5 minutes into this video and I already have alot of respect for Kai Greene. The man has never forgotten from whence he came, which were from very humble beginnings. I can understand why he chooses to live the austere lifestyle that he does, as well as continuing to live in the area where he grew up in and knows very well. The sport of BB is one where only a chosen few really enjoy the trappings of success. It costs so much to put yourself in a situation to even make a few dollars. Most labor in obscurity. Also, there is so much politics in BB at the top.

Good stuff man but make sure you take days off. Working out 7 days a week is for juiced people. Normies like you and me need to take time off during the week and also few days of off time during a training cycle. It lets you rebuild muscle more efficiently. Unless you are juicing then all the power to ya!!

Don't forget, you eat big you shit big. I have been body building for 4 years now and eat about 8-10 meals a day. And I shit about 3 times a day. It's actually the hardest part. I love to train, love to eat, but I don't love to shit. Forcing out 3 massive turds a day is literally a pain in the ass. Each visit to the crap house takes at least 10 minutes and really breaks up my schedule. Having to keep a client waiting in the gym while I sit on the bog squeezing out a foul log is frustrating and embarrassing. Not only that, my massive turds are hard to flush and it usually take another 5 minutes to chop that fucker up so it sinks. Does anyone else have this problem? Maybe it's just me and my guts are all fucked up or something. Peace.

Amazing. This stuff is really amongst the very best and I consider it already classic footage for the sport. Honestly, in the same league as Pumping Iron to a degree. I think pumping iron is the king and more broad... but this is world class documentary type stuff and Kai is so generous here with expertise and philosophy.
