Not many people can do it with both eyes like you can. I happen to be one that can as well. The object to spinning around WITHOUT losing your balance is in the positioning of your head/line of sight. If you pinpoint certain spots with your gaze and concentrate on them as you spin, your head/gaze will actually be transfixed for a while and it will be easier to compose yourself AFTER the spinning. Figure skaters do it all the time.

With that all said lol your dad mite have liked drinking a little to much I’m sure but with your awareness of social anxiety, intrusive thoughts, and overall all creative thinking after seeing your wonderful mother it clearly is traits from your father + environment that you grew up in … people take the easier route with struggling with self awareness perception 99% of the time so please don’t hold a grudge in the end , not everyone “infact most” can channel these traits so positively as you have.
