If Atreus is faithful to the actual mythological Loki, he'll be able to eat food at an incredible speed and give birth to horse. Also, he should normally be strong enough go make earthquakes

The eating sounds posible, about the horse, i think Kratos wouldn't be too happy about being a grandpa... Not like this anyway. And the earthqueaks sound like the most realistic thing to happen in game

@@bloodangel19 for more context, the only thing that eats faster than Loki is the literal personification of fire. Then, to actually give birth to the horse (who has 6 legs btw) he needs to be fucked by one. And the earthquake thing is cause he'd be chained under a mountain with Gleipnir while poison would trickle towards his eyes while his wife would desperately try to stop the droplets with a bowl all that after he had to see his children forced kill each other by the other Vanir and Aesir gods. And everytime she would need to empty the bowl, Loki would feel the searing pain of the poison drilling into his eyes causing him to spasms and trash around, causing the earthquakes.... Sometimes I wonder who between the Greeks and the Norse have worst gods sometimes

For the question "Why Kratos is stronger than other gods?" I personally think about what Athena said in GOW 3 : "Death can't hold those with purpose". It is more something about his mentality (also his strength of course)

U guys forgetting something... The blade of olympus is the most POWERFUL weapon in the series 🔥 But there are a risks to using it! It needs a powerful god with infinite freaking powers to use it (young Zeus for Example) Edit : to use it with it's full power 💯

I think the reason why kratos is so unique is because he also has the strength of the titans as well as his godly strength

He isn't that unique. Zeus was more unique than him. Able to shapeshift into a person, a bird, create lightning. Kratos just has super strength and Rage of Sparta without his weapons. Blades of chaos were just gifted to him by Ares and it isn't the source of his actual strength. And thats why the blades of olympus was prolly used I think.

The first troll you fight in the game says "You will not cross into Valhalla" . You think its just a threat it tells for all it's enemies or an actual prediction of Kratos' future

This is most certainly a prediction, and a true one at that. Kratos will not cross into Valhalla because he's not Norse( a Dane, a Jute, a Geat, nor a Goth) nor will he die in the Norse realm. In the event Kratos dies, his fate would probably be something horrible.

Elysium no longer has an overseer. That means the spirits are locked in forever. And no new spirits can go there. Everyone in the Greek gods sphere of influence that died after Hades death, is just a wandering spirit. Sheesh. They really need to address this.

@@royrogers3624 I would want to know if the lands of Greece are just overflowing with shades, ghosts, and other such spectres...or is it that people PHYSICALLY can't die because there is no being alive to accept them into either afterlife. It could be a goddamn horror show over there. Would the beings that lived OR died stay put or would they go ballistic on the surrounding areas. Could be pretty interesting to explore.

@@Shepherd_of_Fire The lore of the game doesn’t follow the mythology that closely. And, considering the entire point of Valhalla and Folkvangr is to creat an army for Ragnorok, there doesnt seem to be much reason for them to be stocked with recruits after Ragnorok.

Kratos healing & physical strength is enhanced because of Prometheus fusing his ashes on him. It's the only original upgrade he has that can't be dispelled, nullified or expires.

In the second game in 2007 prometheus ashes fused with kratos ¿ I don’t remember such thing only kratos freeing prometheus from his torture thats it.

If the boots of hermes in the e3 is an Easter egg or canon then that would indicate that in the end of GOW3 some of the weapons might not have been destroyed

It seems like the Norse world starts reacting chaotically when a God is not supposed to die at THAT POINT. The sky turned red and stormy when Atreus was sick because the Ragnarok prophecy couldn't be fulfilled without him. Although Baldur died and triggered Fimblewinter, he still fulfilled the prophecy so that Ragnarok could finally begin.

@@gianlucaolano5341 Well, we could consider that because Magni and Modi aren't crucial to Ragnarok and the destiny of the realm, their deaths don't matter. Loki causes everything that happens so he is very important, but I'd say if Thor or Odin died before they were meant to, in Ragnarok, then the world would also act the same.

6:07 I have a theory on this. In the 1st scene with Mimir talking to Jormungandr we see the serpent look at Atreus and say something to which Mimir responds with "Curious" and doesn't go into detail about that. My theory is since Jormungandr is Loki's son, he recognizes this and makes note of it. So at minimum Mimir know Atreus will be the Serpent's father. >.>

Mimir only says that the serpent said that Artreus was familiar.. which i think is because when kratos was carrying sick artreus, someone blows the serpent horn, and i bet that it's artreus in the future.

12:53 -- I think here, jure7575 may have meant something in regards to what happens in God of War 3, in terms of what happens when a god dies. For example, when Poseidon is killed by Kratos, the water level rises. When Helios is killed, the son is seemingly blocked for good, via the clouds. Something that happens that specifically corresponds with said god, when they are killed. Or even in the case of Baldur, where with Baldur, Ragnarok comes. I think more on the premise, on if something happens after Magni is killed, effects the Norse Realm. Granted, unless I missed something, we only see this concept in God of War 3. The rest of the Greek Gods, either blow up, or nothing note worthy happens.

'CoH' means 'Claws of Hades' Id love for them to come back, at least have a weapon related to death/souls. If the leviathon axe becomes like the blades from ascension (being able to switch between godly powers) id really love it that much more.

In the end od gow 3 we can see Gaia's dying body destroying few of the olympus palaces... She could die in this scene. But no one really knows.. The devs are avoiding this questions couse They don't know what to do with her.. So, most likely this question will remain unanswered or They will choose the lazy option - killed by Gaia's body. (Lets hope i'm wrong and we will bang her again lol. Family friendly Kratos is good, but earlier... He was a beast!)

i've always thought it to be very strange that if deimos has been imprisoned all those year, how he got all those muscles.. i mean you dont get muscles by being tortured or even fighting. you need heavy duty lifting, food, and sleep.

Hey, great video, I really enjoyed this. I do have to say that in the GoW franchise, especially 3, the death of each god caused the natural force they oversaw to run amok, first seen in 3 with Poseidon. In Norse myth, Baldr is the god of the summer sun. No warming summer sun, no end to winter. That's why fimblewinter begins on his death. I scrolled through and didn't see anyone else point this out, so sorry if this is a repeat.

Having tyrs sword would be awesome for boss fights where there is also weaker enemies. U can use the sword as a distraction so u can fight the boss. An ability or something maybe.
