she would probably pass a lie detector. look at her love messages, she clearly didn't think much of it.
@luszczi2 жыл бұрын
That's an interesting legal problem, because for defamation she needs to be KNOWINGLY lying. If she lives in her own little made up world and she honestly believes in it, then she's just telling it how she sees it, right? What if that's a genius move by her legal team, in their concluding remarks they'll just shift into "innocent by reason of being batshit insane"?
@IronHorsey32 жыл бұрын
No, she knows she’s lying. A lot.
@markelliott97372 жыл бұрын
@@luszczi I think Depp would take that. I don't believe it is about the money for him. If it is on record that the accusations were false because Heard is crazy and made them up it would clear his reputation. But of course those in the media will never apologise even if wins the case and Heard faces the full 50 million.

Didn’t she voice a line or two on Family Guy or Simpsons or something where they actually poked a bit of fun at her? I remember on one of those animated shows the joke was she turned sideways and disappeared. Might have just been a voice actor, but a surprising number of celebrities will do a bit on something like that.

I disagree. If Ms Turd's lawyers wanted to fix this, they would find other people who had heard the *rumour* about JD pushing KM down the stairs. Push hard that this rumour had been around for a long time & in "that moment of panic", Turd was just trying to save her sister. The rumour doesn't have to be true, just that it was out there. But, of course, I don't expect her gaggle of lawyers to do anything right.

@normanbaker78312 жыл бұрын
@@tylerpifer5966 It is about propensity. If you have a person commit a 'previous' crime, can it be brought up in the current trial to show that they were likely to have committed the current crime. I believe that both parties and the judge have to argue and have a ruling in court as to what previous events can be mentioned before the jury. My understanding is that both sides were NOT going to mention previous relationships. So Depp's team could not bring up that Amber Heard was arrested for domestic violence against her previous partner. Amber's heard team was NOT supposed to bring up Kate Moss and the stair pushing story. Amber brought it up which opened the door for the Depp team to bring in Kate Moss to say that incident is not true. So yeah, having not done DV in the past doesn't necessarily mean anything in the current case BUT it isn't fair in court to have it the other way where you IMPLY that Depp did it in the past so he must be guilty now.

Hubby says Kate Moss looks younger than amber. He also said amber had some kind of yellow thing on her head today. Really bugged him. I’m glad Kate testified for Johnny.
