iine and IDZ is my first exposure to BABYMETAL in 2013 and little i know me already in the middle of The Fox Hole. iine has become one of member " BABYMETAL Hall of Song Gallery " and maybe someday we can see it once again performed on stage by Su and Moa.

Funny that "a box of chocolate" is exactly the way Su described their music. You never know what you're gonna get :). This song has been performed live quite a few times and it's quite fun too ! I'm fully expecting you to react to a live performance of this song sooner rather than later, I'm sure you'll enjoy it too (if not more) =). With BABYMETAL, by definition, there's a song for everybody and one's all-time favourites could look completely different than another's. For me, Syncopation is my all-time favourite song. I'll be glad when you give that one a listen :).

This song is the one that took me the longest to get into, but is now one of my absolute favorites.

Thanks for the link. Yes when the group first got started it was insane. They were slowly finding their way and girls were young and full of energy and it was fun. The early concert Legend I which was in a very small venue was totally bonkers, the girls were literally bouncing off the walls. The performances from that show were crazy. Before they group had built up a lot of their own music to perform they did a lot of anime songs such as Over The Future from Karen Girls and Tsubasa wo kudasai from Neon Genesis Evangelion (stunning vocals in this one).

Good job not pronouncing it as "LINE". : ) As you could hear, they pronounce it throughout the song. It's usually translated as "so good!". Growls on the first album aren't credited, although there are some that seem like Su, heavily processed. The musician listed in BABYMETAL credits as TAKEMETAL did growls on the second album. Same outfits as in the 'Doki Doki ☆ Morning' music video. Su's coat was borrowed from one of the Sakura Gakuin teachers. Moa's vest was borrowed from Yui, and Yui borrowed hers from fellow student Raura. They had the outfits on display for the Sakura Gakuin 5th Anniversary in 2015. Pretty sure Raura is never getting that vest back. : )

Hahahaha ... good job on the pronunciation first off. You know how BABYMETAL like to mix genres .... this is 'Iine' and they threw them all in! Iine means something like "so good" (think of the thumbs up emoji and this is it). No it wasn't Su, Yui or Moa doing the growls despite their pretending to with the mics. You really need to see a live version of this (ideally from Legend 2015 at Saitama Super Arena or Metrock 2015 I think). That drop after the rap just works so well with a live audience who know what to expect and exactly what to do. When are you going to get the other K Darlings ladies (sorry, I'm horrible with remembering names) to react to some BABYMETAL? This one would be fun to see them do. I second everyone else's request to do BxMxC for another unique Babymetal experience on how you can blend rap and heavy metal. If you want another great EDM-metal song (mainly dubstep), I highly recommend Uki Uki Midnight (kzfaq.info/get/bejne/fMhpitOHm9HDk3k.html). It is one of my most favorite Babymetal songs and never fails to lift me out of a bad mood and gets me re-energized (though Da Da Dance is becoming a close contender). I prefer the Budokan performance mainly because it has the Kami band playing, but also the camera work. The Makuhari Messe performance is also great because it's a smaller venue (compared to Budokan) and is more intimate, meaning you can really see and feel the crowd interaction during the call and response. However, no Kami band. Great reaction as always, and kudos to beginning to learn Japanese and knowing how to correctly pronounce iine :)

It's hard to recommend other songs because all their songs are just so different. Their latest one is called Da Da Dance and has a similar edm feel to it, without all the drastic genre hopping, although Moa still has a little rap verse in it. Pa Pa Ya is another song from their 3rd album and also features a rap but it's from a guest artist named F. Hero who's from Thailand. The whole song is very heavy but still catchy, I think it will surprise you. But if you really want something that will melt your face off I present to you BxMxC. All I'll say is that Su-metal basically "raps" the whole song. I don't think you're ready for this song yet. They haven't performed it live yet but you can still find the song easily on KZfaq. The other 2 have live performance videos on Babymetal's official channel.

Yes, it was confusing at first, but if you listen to it more than 5 times you would like it a lot since the each part was brilliantly mashed together. Btw, what they are saying in the rap part is to “shake your head, take off your shades” meaning get rid of rappers shade and do the headbagging. Basically they are slamming rap by doing the rap. I love that part.

OK.This song is mix.But did you know that rap part and death part have same back music called 黄金虫(koganemushi).So this song is very well made.

They get saved from the evil's of rap. That's why it comes in so heavy right after the pop/rap part.

"What's happening ?" Babymetal is happening. :-) Breaking brains since 2010 ! Really impressive you got it's not Line, so many people got that wrong. Yeah, don't think Su-metal can do screams like the one after the rap either, but that one might be her voice distorted. She definitely doesn't do that live. Without a lot of training I her voice would not be keeping up performing that. The growling vocals near the beginning of the song are like 'background singers' The stage performance in the MV is a 'studio' live performance in a club, not a real live event.
