I am currently finishing my MBA major in Total Quality Management, and I have a lot of books of Deming, Crosby, and other TQM philosophers. But Deming is my favorite.

The captain should have kept the parrot... It might have warned him about the iceberg. Great job Kelly; this really helps make what Deming taught easy to understand. Matt Rowe taught unity and teamwork at my last job and gave a great training on Customer Service to every department, not just the Sales Team.

I really like the high level approach to talking about this subject matter. For managers that are steeped in MBO, they need a high level explanation to help bring them over. Thanks for publishing!
