Once i also made same cutter .....but i used bycycle paddel where i atteched blade to center rod of padel with a pully...padel and moter i fixed on same board ...so one padel cutter and its pully,one moter pully, one rubber belt, a moter , a play board and few screws .....i complete the job

wouldn't it make more sense to directly connect the motor to the blade? Still very cool, but since the motor is so tiny, then that can also be an option, if you want something a little easier.

Direct connection is inefficient. A 2:1 reducer is obtained with belts and pulleys. So the speed decreases, the torque increases. In this way, thick materials can also be cut. And less current is consumed.

Il problema di questi utensili è che se il materiale è duro o spesso si riscalda durante il taglio e fonde la base di appoggio , quindi occorre provvedere con una base metallica per l'appoggio del pezzo. Per il resto ottimo progetto.

When I had a small (dead) tree fall I started the process of disposal by using this saw and cutting off the small branches. Then slowly work on the small trunk with undercutting and letting it fall down. With many trees on acres of land paying for a tree service can be expensive. It also is nice in that it can be used in hard to get areas like along my creek. It's also safer and quieter than a chainsaw. It obviously can't cut down massive trees but it does work fine for small ones or brush. And of course since I already own a Black

What about temperature metallic mechanism vs PLA ?

There is no problem. Because there is no high-temperature contact with PLA in this design. There is an insulating surface printed with ABS between the engine and the pla. Bearings do not reach high temperatures anyway. The saw blade does not contact the PLA.

@@Kendin-Yap 3 tane thingiverse'den indirdiğim matkabı yaptım. 2 tanesi lastikti 1 tanesi yaylıydı. Yaylı olan daha stabil çalışıyor. Ayrıca tek lineer rod / metric bolt daha sağlıklı gibi geldi bana. 2 m5 bolt kullandım lastikli ama balans sorunu yaşadım. Umarım çalışmanızda yardımcı olur.

Отличный станок для мелких работ. Лучше установить адаптер М10 х 8 для дисков 75 мм. с небольшой доработкой стола. Этот адаптер мне кажется более надежным, да и дисков 75х10 более широкий ассортимент. Расчет и моделирование показали, что рекомендованный зубчатый ремень великоват. Межосевое расстояние 70.33 мм. Расчетное значение длины ремня 194 мм.

Çok ısınırsa deforme olur. Ama PLA filament deforme olur. O yüzden videoda yalıtım parçasının da montajda kullanılması gerektiğini gösterdim. Yalıtım parçasının PLA değil de PetG, ABS yada ASA ile yazdırılmasının sebebi ısı konusudur. Petg yaklaşık 70, ABS 100, ASA ise 110 dereceye kadar dayanır. Motor ise anormal bir durum olmadığı sürece 50-60 dereceyi geçmez.

Time pulley are 16t and 32t? Or 16t and 36t? I found difference between video and description.

Both can be used. After uploading the video, I replaced it with 32T. Because the diameter of 32T is smaller, the thickness of the material it can intersect, albeit to a very small extent, increases. About 1.2mm
