After the rabbits dropped out, he drops a 58 to separate himself from the likes of Mottram, Ritzehein and Mo Farah.

Are you kidding? Please please say you're being sarcastic. Kenenisa Bekele is one of the greatest runners ever, like Hicham Gebrselassie etc.

tony diaz true, that would have been something....closest was 2003 10,000m where Geb closed the last 5,000m in sub 13 since he knew he no longer had the sprint Bekele had.

Hahah look that bum Mo and people have the audacity to call him great. He has been a joke for most of his career and came off the back of the lorry. Man like Kenenisa came straight out of the villages and kicked the athletics doors down from the first races, sad to see him old and struggling now
@erikjonsson95739 жыл бұрын
+Frame Work What do you mean? Farah can run 1500 m in less than 3:29. Bekele never did that and they are both mid/long distance runners and Farah has many titles. Both are great but Bekele is my favorite.
@AbyssiniaProductions8 жыл бұрын
Erik Jonsson Farah is enjoying greatness in terms of winning titles, not breaking world records and when you analyze the field of runners he is up against is very different from that of Kenenisa and Haile's era. There is nobody really good out these days and Mo is just better than the worse. If he ran in the times of Haile, Kenenisa and other great runners like El guerrouj Mo would not stand a chance because he is a tactical runner not fast and not strong. In that sense he is lucky.
@erikjonsson95738 жыл бұрын
Frame Work Come on his PB at 1500 m is less than 3 seconds slower than that of El guerroujs'. That's not so much and he is a long distance runner....Ok, he will never beat the 5000 or 10 000 m record probably. But he is still a great athlete.
@AbyssiniaProductions8 жыл бұрын
Erik Jonsson yes I agree, but my comment was directed at the general hype around him here in England. You sound like you know what you are talking about but most people dont even know about kenenisa, haile and hicham and blab about Mo being the greatest. Thats what pisses me off.
@erikjonsson95738 жыл бұрын
Frame Work Ok, fine I can agree with that.
