I was so traumatized by Bella breaking her back as a child that to this day, the thought of me getting pregnant sends a chill up my spine and the image and sound of her back snapping, and her screaming while they cut her open flashes before my eyes. I hate the twilight movies as a whole, but part one for me was and will always be the worst.

Maybe because it wasn't his choice. I never read the books but in the movie, I made it seem like they didn't HAVE to be lovers. When he imprinted, he said he'd be anything she needed him to be. Not necessarily a lover

@@daniellesimone7939 It wouldn't have been bad, if he ended up just a brother to the kid, but that wasn't the case. Meyer did a BS on all of us. If she wanted to go down that road, she should have let Alice see a future of Jacob having a new girlfriend, while he was like a brother to Renesemee... again that wasn't the case. He was all the time around her, saw her grow up, was part of her growing up, saw her become a woman and then when the time was up, which is like 7 years in the book (God, the thought makes me so angry and feel just sick) and then they ended up together. He ends up called son in law of some shit by Edward at the end of the book (if I'm not wrong). This whole imprinting on a baby is just sick. Meyer did a dirty on all of us. I would have much rather seen Jacob go against them, only to finally grow up and realize he was a selfish asshole and then fix his mess. It would have been much more interesting to have the werewolves become enemies to the Cullens and have the Volturi on top of that as well. Makes the plot much more interesting and not this abomination of a story concept of Jacob going to be with a baby in seven years... How the effing hell was this approved by any publisher is beyond me.

@@daniellesimone7939 I know the imprint is written as something that a pack member can’t help but the way it’s written is so bad. All of the imprints we see in the twilight saga turn romantic or sexual so it’s kind of weird that Stephanie Mayer would make Jacob imprint on a literal baby. We all knew that “relationship” was going to turn romantic as soon as she was “of age” (again grooming). Maybe if Stephanie had offered examples of imprinted relationships between people of the same age it would be different. Imprinting (in nature) isn’t inherently sexual. Mama birds imprint on their babies to protect them. SM just wanted to ruin Jacob’s character more and give him a love interest.

Girl, I stopped liking the Twilight Saga series after finding out the author Stephanie Meyer is a racist. She called Native Americans savages in her books and wouldn't allow non-white actors to be in her movies unless they played minor characters and villains. Tyler-- the one who nearly killed Bella in the first book/movie-- was originally white in the books and I am not sure about Laurent but I am pretty sure he wasn't black either. The author left a bad taste in my mouth and as a black girl her words and actions hurt me really bad because I used to love the series. It's a shame that we can't even enjoy things anymore 😒

Found out that Bella’s death scene ( where she’s laying still)wasn’t her at all. That was a doll. Everyone on set was creeped out by it,and didn’t want to go near it. Apparently the director wanted it to be scary/creepy looking. So basically Edward was chomping on a dead version of a monster high doll.

This one was actually realistic since the Cullen family is rich as hell. So they ain’t gotta worry about money and pregnancy. Also being immortal & never getting sick also works in their favor. But other movies be like “we regular humans and I work for $7.25 a hour at the Wally World & you make $14.50 being verbal/emotional abuse from your job, but yeah we can afford a baby or three.”

I blame publishing and marketing. Suzanne Collins didn't think ending the book with Katniss being a mom was realistic considering she had PTSD and often said she didn't want kids but the publishers thought that'd be too much of a downer. Not the dystopia revolution where hundreds of children die in callous ways, but Katniss not using her uterus properly

I mean yes, but Rosalie's background story helps you understand why she's so excited for a baby. 1. She didn't ask to be a vampire and gave no consent to be one 2. She always wanted a family and to grow old and live a normal life. 3. She is attracted to human blood, yes, but only eats animal blood. So I wouldn't necessarily call it being pro-life simply because she called a fetus a baby. Technically, in scientific terms, a fetus means an unborn baby. So Alice and Rose were correct, but obviously the term fetus and baby hold different connection and vibes. Ya know.

Leah is the only female werewolf her story would've been great . she couldn't have kids and she has the whole pack (males) in her mind and they keep complaining they don't want to hear her thoughts. poor girl she was scared of the changes with her and had no one to ask. and she had to accept the fact that seth is now her alpha and accept his cheating on her i had more interest in her story, and the build up yet the author didn't give her any chance.

Also, balls retract due to temperature change but when you are a vampire or became one, you should't feel that or at least it doesn't affect you. Now we have another question... are vampire balls always retracted or not? 🧐😂

I didn’t like him 10 years when I was a teenage because he just looked too young to me and I didn’t like that. He’s fine to me now though that he’s older. However, Carlisle and Jasper I wanted to climb like a tree 10 years ago and now.

i remember thinking that having the vampire cousin say "they invited one" wasn't the best script choice. this was confirmed for me when watching someone else react and right after she says that part, the person reacting goes *gasp* "a native American"

May I mention how since Jacob was attracted to bella for the egg that she carried, that also means that there was a solid two months that Jacob also felt really attracted to Edward and his venom because the venom also is part of the baby

Apparently they CGI'd the baby cause the real baby they had gotten was just super cute and kept distracting the cast and being adorable

@@pirsickle From the BTS and interviews I've seen, it seems that they CGI'd all the iterations of Renesmee with Mackenzie Foy's (the actress portraying the Renesmee we see near the end during the Volturi confrontation) face overtop to make all the kids they had for this movie look as closely to her as possible. It looks like garbage, but they tried, lol.
