In this video, I divulge my Kentucky Derby selection #4 Catching Freedom and provide commentary on the race. I look at how the horse broke, how he travelled, when and where he was asked, talk about any traffic he encountered, and compare his race to the betting favorite #17 Fierceness (whom I did not care for from a WIN prospect) and also to #2 Sierra Leone (whom I thought was the most likely winner, but at shorter odds and seemingly going to have to pass 19 other horses and avoid any traffic, I wanted to pick someone else). Let's take a look!

Bumping occurs in horse racing true but that was a massacre the entire stretch the 2 horse is initiating the contact and herding the 11 horse in from the 8 or 9 path down to the 3 path. And the fact that there was no inquiry is ridiculous! He cost the 11 horse the race.😊

I definitely would not have been surprised if Sierra Leone got moved from 2nd to 3rd. Speaking to the less-informed about horse racing, I just wanted to note that bumping may occur during the course of a race, but I could have been more in-depth regarding what a foul is and what the penalties are. In time.

IT DOESN'T MATTER... BOTH HAD THE CHANCE TO WIN... FOREVER YOUNG WAS AHEAD FOR SECOND PLACE BUT WHEN THE WIRE CAME UP HE PUT HIS HEAD UP AND LEONA PUT HIS HEAD DOWN AND GOT 2ND PLACE BY A NOSE BOB. THERE'S NO IF'S IN HORSE RACING...MYSTIK DAN WON BY USING THE BO-RAIL BLUEPRINT THAT JOCKEY USED TO WIN DERBIES WITH...SKIMMING THE RAIL. HERNANDEZ SQUEEZED IN AND ALMOST GOT THROWN OVER THE RAIL...BOTH HE AND THE HORSE HAD BIG BALLS TO DO THAT AND WON. PERFECT RIDE.

@@WalterParagua MAYBE YOU CAN COMMENT ON HOW YOU SHIT YOUR PANTS WATCHING MY LONGSHOT TAKE THE LEAD WHILE GAFFALIONE JUST KEPT BEATING UP YOUR GLORIFIED JAPANESE DONKEY AND AT THE WIRE GAFFALIONE BEAT YOUR AZZ BY A NOSE BOB. OUCH!!! THAT MUST HAVE HURT. HAD YOUR DONKEY BEAT GAFFALIONE FOR SECOND I WOULD HAVE MISSED THE TRIFECTA...THANK GOD GAFFALIONE KICKED YOUR BUTT FOR SECOND. GAFFALIONE HAD BURNED THE CHURCHILL TRACK SINCE IT OPENED THAT WEEK.

No bumping was never horse racing until the 2019 KY Derby wherein the stewards set a precedent when they screwed over Maximum Security who should have won the race.

The stewards said they would post a decision on their website. I dont know what they decided. It is what it is. It looked like Forever Young veered in towards Sierra some too.

You are kidding me with that comment right? Maximum Security was much the best but coming out 4 lanes and crushing a few horses is not legal. The jock even admitted it. I’m okay with a little bumping that was a foul. I’m sure you had $ on which I did too or you would have not posted that comment.

@@rickrussell3527 ric, he was not the best. He was juiced....the trained disappeared after that race, and the horse has not been breed. Why?

We’re not talking about juicing or being a stud. We’re talking about 1 race and Maximum Security was the best horse in that 2019 KD race. Stewards made the right decision to take him down. Blame the racing commission for not catching the steroids. Also I doubt he was the only horse juiced.

The Japan horse bumbed Sierra Leone must of the time.

It looked like each horse did a fair share of veering towards the other. It really depended on which video I saw. I guess the stewards have betfer films than what I see on You-Tube.
