Exercises for seniors are different than for younger people - especially if the person is beginning an exercise routine for the first time. Good video for senior beginners.

Excellent, ty for tutorial, ive never used kettlebell b4..after checking out several videos, yrs is the most practical and safe for seniors..look forward to starting this workout

I typically use 5 or 7 lbs or 2 to 3 kg.

@@CoachMel I used in the beginning 8 kg and went on using 4 kg. That is why it was too heavy

If you are just staring I would suggest a 3lb. Most people use 5lb

I tend to use a 5 lb or 7 lb. You really don't want/need much more.

Did you not see the label SENIOR Fitness, richard? I'm not 90 (I'm 71) and I've gotten seriously fit working out with this great instructor. Please try not to be mean.
