Former Harlem drug kingpin Kevin Chiles sat down for his first-ever VladTV interview, and he started out by speaking about growing up in the Bronx. Chiles explained that despite living in a two-parent home, they were still poor due to his father's construction career. In his pre-teen years, Chiles started noticing the older kids making money in the streets, but he wasn't quite sure how they were doing it. He also spoke about his uncle living a comfortable life and being a dealer, which you can hear more about above.

I remember the Heroin epidemic in Harlem, men coming from war and some of the most respected people of my community getting destroyed by drugs. The housing becoming inhabitable and dilapidated. What's crazy is Now i have white people running around my neighborhood(young and old) no teeth in there mouth, nodding off, begging for money, stealing of porches and grocery stores. I see them living in cars outside a gas station or Wal-Mart. I see them walking on Interstates and bridges. My older age has taught me that drugs are no respecter of race or community....it just needs opportunity, poverty and a victim

Not even poverty. I heard a group of suburban girls talking about some girl snitching on them because their friend oding off the heron. I saw 2 white fiends leaned over backwards walking around a curving road. I never saw that before. I almost had an accident.

I remember when I first started selling drugs in 85.I sold weed but cocaine was different. I remember thinkin damn I was out here all day selling I know that cop saw me. When I went home 🏠 I was like, he's gonna lock me lock me up tomorrow. Tomorrow came I hustled all day he or nobody else did anything about it. I couldn't understand why this cop who saw me disappearing then reappearing with junkies, then the junkies go one way I go the other. After a while (prob 4 days) I realized he didn't care it wasn't his job. It was the narcotics officers that rode around jumping out tryna catch dudes dirty. I realized they didn't care about my neighborhood, they didn't live there and that mind set was one with the government…
