I purchased one of these and it works great. Last year I purchased a KIMO 18 Gauge Nail/staple Gun and install about 750 feet of baseboard and many other trim items in a mobile home. Worked fantastically. Great products at reasonable prices.

Glad you got it fixed and still like it. I've got that one and the extended. I use the extended more in the garage. The short one I use to pull the collet in to my mill. Perfect for that. I'm finding that I'm using the long one more and more. Haven't had any problems. There are a lot of times that it's really nice not to have to swing the ratchet and keep the socket on the bolt/nut. I've also got the Makita 12 V ratchet and I don't use it hardly at all. Too big. I looked at the screws that you had a problem with and sure enough I'm missing one. Thanks for the heads up! By the way, I'm not saying they're as good, but they sure look like the Milwaukee. I'd love to see them open side by side. Thanks again!

yeah the Makita and DeWalt ones are too big. I have the M12 Milwaukee and it still feels a bit bulky compared to the air ratchets.

Surprise, it has Makita color and a name similar to kimono, was the hints about its origin too subtle? It would have to be named toyota-suzuki to pretend any harder its from Japan.

I consider an electric ratchet a gimmick. You can’t use it to break loose a nut or bolt, you have to use a combination wrench to start off. What’s the point. Just use a regular ratchet, everyone has one. Would never buy one.
@MCPHILL3 жыл бұрын
I agree, I was thinking this would replace a normal ratchet for the most part. But nope lol
@dontblameme63283 жыл бұрын
Every tool has a purpose. The electric ratchet is great for when you have 35 bolts to pull & reinstall in very tight areas where even a 120 tooth ratchet won't move more than 1 click. Time is money.
@CAVEMAN86663 жыл бұрын
yeah electric ratchets are great for folks who do mechanical work every day. I personally work on vehicles as a mobile mechanic as a side business but also work for an assembly company building grills, and mowers, wheelbarrows and all kinda shit for home depot and lowes and a few other stores and tools like these save us time which earns us more money. We dont get paid hourly we get paid per job. However after doing my research I would only probably go with Milwaukee or maybe even harbor freight depending on budget because both of those would have a much better warranty process
@BlazeGelos3 жыл бұрын
You should be able break loose a bolt just like with a regular ratchet and then yes, you can use the motor to drive the bolt or nut out. It helps to make you more efficient, and sometimes it can literally be a pain to use a regular ratchet on tight areas. I began to have some pain in my right thumb from using manual ratchets but after having power tools it's fortunately gone. So it kinda is a matter of taking care of yourself too.
