Hmm, both very nice! A lot of car for the 30k mark, I would go for na V8 power, but really there are no losers, would be happy in the 235i as well! I recognize that twisty road you are on, was always a bit of fun in various cars!

I’d take the Big 5.0 V8 Lexus anyday! Reliable, Fast, Comfortable and cheap to maintain☝🏻 i love how NA cars accelerates immediate power

i got a ISF my favorite thing to do is when i make a right turn, i have traction control off, manual mode, 1st gear WOT and make that baby slide, i got a 2010 so i have LSD too

I think it’s time for a comparison with a true dinosaur Falcon/Commodore V8 for comparison and while still being affordable. Also Falcon XR6T would be good considering how popular the Barra has become.

get some PPE headers and an RR Racing tune for your ISF, you'll walk the m235i alot easier than you already did. the oem headers on the ISF are useless and probably cracked (cause they always are) and it makes you lose power.

@@RK1FX they dont even sell headers for the isf anymore and i doubt they are better! i was surprised how well my PPE headers fitted considering how tight everything on the isf is.

A catless downpipe helps the noise a little with the M235i, but agree they are a bit quiet

To the owner: If you want better sound inside the car, you need to liven up the intake. I think there are some mods for these engines that do just that.

Old fashioned dinosaur will not let you down you for years and years, while a small turbo like BMW will fall apart after 5 years.

Anyone that has ever come in with an accord CL9/CM2 with a drive train shudder at a specific speed under accelleration? Changed both drive axles, no square tire. I'm now looking at motor mounts but I just can't seem to crack this nut...

Shudder under acceleration is typically inner CV's. You can make an educated guess as to which inner CV it is by figuring out which wheel/side of the car is lifting under corner acceleration.

(sarcasm activated) whats wrong with a 4cyl turbo CVT? CVTS are the future man! said nobody ever. If that M235i came with a 6 speed manual It would be alot better imo, you can shift almost as fast as a dsg but have way more control
