Knipex vs Padlock

Күн бұрынThere was another time we had to get through a padlock to service some AC equipment, but we used a torch to heat the shackle and then cut it with a Kinipex side cutters. This was definitely a better way of going about it.

Gotta love engineering by the seat of your pants solution. Done the same thing with a pair of open end wrenches too…

Unfortunately this is how most locks react, even high end ones.

hack saw or bolt cutters would of worked well too

True! I didn't have them along, so I had to try something different.
