Looks good 👍🏼 my lawnmower I think has this same engine and it’s good enough. The more I watch you refurb mowers makes me want to strip my one and do it up because I bought it second hand for £50 a few months ago fully working no work needed but the deck is getting rusty in places. It’s a Qualcast in a lovely green colour. Also I did get the VHT paint for my bbq and I’ve given a good going over with the angle grinder and wire wheel head then went over it with two tins of the no nonsense VHT paint from screwfix and now it doesn’t look half bad. Still not looking brand new by any means but it’s now serviceable and should last us at least until the end of next year.

Hi Martin,if you're looking for some cheap lawnmowers it always worth looking at you're local recycling centres, most of the ones where I am in Norfolk have shops where you can purchase stuff from I've picked up quite cheap ones and sold them on for a profit.PS great videos 👍👍

Martin what happens if you sharpen too much of the blade, does it affect the cut? As in, increasing the amount of blade that's got a cutting edge? Cheers

They say that the blade should be dull but you'll see people with cylinder mowers say the blades have to be sharp enough to cut paper. Either way, both types of blades cut the same grass. I prefer to put a sharp edge on my blades.
