ಬಿಪಿ ಮತ್ತು ಕೊಲೆಸ್ಟ್ರಾಲ್ ನ ಕಡಿಮೆ ಮಾಡತಕ್ಕಂಥ ಕೆಲವೊಂದು ವ್ಯಾಯಾಮಗಳನ್ನು ಮಾಡಿದರೆ ಅದರಿಂದ ಬಿಪಿ ಮತ್ತೆ ಕೊಲೆಸ್ಟ್ರಾಲ್ ಕಮ್ಮಿ ಆಗುತ್ತೆ. ಆದರೆ ವ್ಯಾಯಾಮದಲ್ಲಿ ಪರಿಣಿತಿ ಹೊಂದಿರತಕ್ಕಂತಹ ಗುರುಗಳನ್ನು ಸಂಪರ್ಕಿಸಿ ಈ ವ್ಯಾಯಾಮಗಳನ್ನು ಅಭ್ಯಾಸ ಮಾಡುವುದು ಉತ್ತಮ.
