So let's just say only the women but they get either the dumbest women or drama filled women. Which don't get me wrong, I am dumb & attract drama like every other girl I know. But like there is me dumb which is I graduated but was just really lucky not smart. The drama is attracted to me but I am not drama. These reality show girls are horny dumb kind of dumb, & are the drama. I mainly watch these shows as guilty pleasures. Like watching lab rats in a maze tbh.

Like as an adult now I don't have time for fake alongside drama in my real life. But watching hot people show me that just cause you're 10/10 your personality can really ruin the vibe. I am mid yes. I'm having traumatic flashbacks from when my sister made me watch a bunch of dating shows like "too hot to handle", "dated related", "ex on the beach" and counting... It’s so accurate that I'm crying lol. I know that the internet have a few debates about how wholesome the korean guys truly are in real life but nonetheless I have to say that it's refreshing and amazing how Korean shows are more on the cutesy side. I prefere this style anyday over the more provocative ones.

Yes, but fortunately, it's mainly just Americans. Even in Greece, one of the most "hay hay active" countries in the world, men treat their women so much better and vice versa. It might not seem that important, but when your country has actual culture and you're raised with good values, you don't need to be told to respect others. You just do, and the ones who don't are looked down upon, not encouraged by the ones around them.

@@Traumglanz what has happened in America is because of dating apps and hookup apps... 90% of women are only dating the top 2% of men (the_CHADs). As soon as the woman begins causing drama the CHAD dumps her and she returns to dating only the top 2% of men again. There's about 5% of women which are purely gold diggers. These women get used and become nothing except booty calls. All over social media you will read or hear complaints about women not being able to find a good man when in reality they've simply set their standards too high.

I still think if a man sleeps around it’s kind of ,, men will be men ,, but if a woman does she’s a “sl*t’. But if there are women avaliable that don’t care for commitment that makes it easier for a man to cheat. I think tbe problem is if a man or woman wants to cheat they will anyways, and it’s a matter of finding a partner that values love and commitment and trust. I personally don’t care for FWB and open relationships. What’s so special about that, just like you said both genders have to have more self respect and control and tbe problem would go away.

i've watched both korean and american dating shows. i grew up in southern california, but i have been around the korean culture for the past 26 years. i met my husband in high school and his mom is a proud and true korean lady. i taught myself at 17 years old how to speak korean since my mom in law can't speak english well. it was the only way to communicate her. the korean dating shows have to so much more respect and mannerism towards one another. the american dating shows are more... well, the opposite of that from the korean shows lol.

Okay, first up, good job on the video. I laughed and rolled my eyes. Beyond that, I noticed something about American vs. Korean dating shows: On Korean dating shows, the man or women will act bashful and more polite than they would in regular conversation with people they know because that's just the cultural standard of behavior in Korea. In America, we have the opposite problem: People will act even more ridiculous and sexual and crass than they normally would because such outlandish behavior and speech draws in more viewers. In truth, Koreans are not as virtuous as they appear to be, and Americans are not as crass as they appear to be. Both sides are presenting an exaggerated versions of themselves to the camera, albeit in opposite directions.

As someone who watches both, I can say this is 100% agreeable. I never watch American ones.... my sister often watches them in mom's room so I would come in the room and there it is.... just the male and female doing stuff... I honestly prefer K dramas more because the love between the characters are like more realistic and wholesome, it's just impossible to look away, but when it comes to the American ones.... I hate no hate towards the people who makes those movies but I just don't find it comfortable watching those kinds of scenes... which is why I never watch American movies involving the genre of "love" because it's almost impossible to find a movie without those kinds of scenes.

Yeah. I find Korean shows more relatable than American ones. But we all know that at the end of the day, these are shows created for entertainment and not as an insight into how the people are really like in real life.
