How to defend yourself against a bully
So this video today will be more for our yours followers but also for you as parents. First of all you have to know, I see too much people coming into our academy and said my son or my daughter has a problem at school she is to kind and she doesn’t know how to defend himself and we need krav maga, so I immediately stop them and I fix what they said. Your kid has not problem he/her is perfect, the others kids who attacked them have a problem there are mean, your kid is a good and normal person.
There are many things to say about this but let’s focus today on one of this point. When bully is bigger or stronger than me, don’t try to fight against his power, stick to him and make him a part of your body and then you’ll can control him. Let’s see how to do that.
So as you an see on this technic I want to end my technics using a armlock and let’ say he is more powerful than me so fighting my arm power against his arm power I have already lost but if I use my body power against his arm power it is really easy.
To do that I make his hand a part of my body I take his arm close into my chest, now it is a part of my body, if my body turn automatically his and will turn as well and I have the arm lock, as you can see he already feel pain.
