I think I can answer your question. The best thing is to always want what you need. Needing what you want is not so good. Take the example of food. I want apple pie and ice cream. Why? Because it tastes good. The problem is that it’s really bad for you if you keep trying to satisfy that want. You’ll get fat. You don’t really need apple pie and ice cream. If you simply satisfy your urge with what you need, say water, then life becomes more simpler, and you become happier. The problem is actually turning that mantra into a reality. I love apple pie and ice cream and my mind tricks me into believing I need it. Damn!
