A short talk in which remembering what it was like to take part in Channel 4's Time Team archaeology series from 1998 to 2013 (the show ran 1994-2014), as remembered by Guy de la Bedoyere, one of the Roman experts who took part frequently in Roman excavations and also others including the dig of an RAF Spitfire which crashed in France in 1940.
I am sorry that I have had to turn off Comments on this and other videos on my channel. The abuse of this feature by a very small number of people meant that I had no choice, other than to waste my time deleting their comments and reporting them. The only alternative would have been to close down the whole channel.
