@kristyandcowreact I didn’t get to watch all of Lori’s trial due to work etc are you able to tell me how she got out of the death penalty? She was as guilty of killing her own children….. my god she should’ve got the DP, she’s still alive, breathing, her precious children aren’t , breaks my heart 😢💔
@RestorativeRenaissance
@RestorativeRenaissance 26 күн бұрын
@@Ozzygirl953my understanding is that she avoided the death penalty because she invoked her right to a speedy trial which ruled out the possibility of a death penalty case because they couldn’t go for the death penalty as the process for a death penalty has additional steps which means by default that’s not a speedy trial. Could be wrong but that’s what I heard a commentator say.

Chandler PD did everything they could, but they didn't have enough evidence yet to bring charges against Lori or Alex. They continued to investigate and interview people, and they aided the authorities in Idaho. You have to have enough evidence to expect a conviction before you arrest and charge someone. They didn't have any way of knowing more people would end up dead. Don't blame Chandler PD for this. They did excellent work, but they had to play the hand they were dealt. Cases where the defendant claims self-defense are hard to prove. Gilbert PD in the adjacent city turned a deaf ear to Charles Vallow and fell under Lori's spell, and that is a serious problem. But she did have a mental health check and was released.

Back in 2016 my niece and her unborn son were murdered in Teton county. Lindsay was the assistant prosecutor on that case. After the police violated the killer's rights and the prosecutor (who was an Agricultural lawyer who had never tried a criminal case) got done I suppose we should be thankful the killer got 25 years to life. IMO Chad wanted the death penalty because he is a coward and he is afraid of going into general population after being convicted for murdering his wife and two children. Chad knows that he'll be safe on death row and he'll die of old age before his sentence is ever carried out. Now Chad gets to live in isolation pitying himself, believing he's the victim, and pretending to be a martyr. Let's forget about Chad Daybell and always carry Tylee, JJ, and Tammy in our hearts.

Lori is the true evilness is this whole situation, she manipulated everybody, and these were her children, If Chad never met Lori he would have never participated in these horrible acts nor would he would have been involved in his wife Tammy M*****!! Lori used her brother Alex, Chad and even manipulated her daughter and lied to Tylee smh, She looked up to her Mother 😢and her Mother was the same person who took her own daughter life for some money, greed, clout, fame, s**, power, etc here’s another day example of a woman ruined a man’s life literally after meeting this man, and manipulated him, used him to carry out her evilness’s,used her brother too, everyone who she could use to further her plan to go to Hawaii and collect Charles A million dollar life insurance 😢which Charles switch the beneficiary to his sister K fixed Lori real quick, she thought she was the smarter one and Charles was ahead of her, I just wish the police would have been listening to Charles and taking his reports and statements seriously about him stating Lori was of her mind, threatening to unalive him. Lori was creeping around with Chad then! Charles even stated he didnt want the kids around Lori either knowing she had been practicing that religion but she suggested she can unalive people, and demons in people's body, suggesting that people were gone out of there bodies and etc truly more then enough information Charles gave about Lori that the police should have immediately took the kids from her, Charles should have been granted a stay away order from Lori and Alex, & Chad not to come near Charles or those children or his sister K or her husband. But the authorities dropped the ball on this one majorly!! Lives could have been saved but instead because Lori was a pretty woman with a smile and a manipulator and opportunist they seem Lori couldn't do those things she was accused of, but when Charles was fighting Alex as Lori claim how can a wife stand there smiling and laughing and her husband just was k***** her children father smh, truly evil and displayed that behavior right then and there. Then attended a party or threw a party!! And allegedly she unalived her 1st husband too, same memo heart attack. In my opinion Lori behind all of this, if Chad didnt meet or know Lori he wouldnt have been involved in none of this evil

Wow Chad is unbelievable he had plenty to say when he was preaching his nonsense but now that things aren’t going his way he’s pouting like a child. He has five children and grandchildren maybe just this one time he could think of them and make a statement but no still selfish as always.
