2 жыл бұрынToday i will show you the traditional recipe of Katwa Gosht which is very famous in Attock, Hari Pur Hazara and Hazro City
Written Ingredients:
Meat of Goat 3kg
Water 3glass or 750ml
Onion 650gms
Ginger Garlic Paste 3tbs
Tomatoes 650gms
Salt 3tsp
Red Chili 3tsp
Turmeric 1.5tsp
Coriander Powder 3tsp
Ghee 1.25cup
Water 2 to 3 liters
Green Chilies 3
Whole Spices 0.75 tsp

Everything is good and perfect as we do in attock but 1 thing is not the same which is the ghost is of beef ya cow ka ya bull ka . And no doubt this simple dish is better than fancy dishes
