Dude if Ryan were 70% of Lachlan, Ryan himself would need to be ~ 43% stronger to match Lachlan. In reality if Ryan were 43% stronger everywhere he would hold Lachlan like a child. I truly believe 5-10% can appear a big difference in this sport.

@@ryannelson3753 exactly. There wouldn't even be a 10% gap between the super heavies and some of the smaller guys. 5% is massive, it feels like you've hit a wall. You have to be very closely matched for it to be close match.

I cant wait to see riekard on the grand stage very very soon. This guy was born to arm wrestle. The scary part is that hes good every where. He has a devon style cobra coil hook, and an insane hand and top roll to go with it. He can press as well?? holy hell! this guy is coming for that heavy weight class. I think a decent match would be against guys like rino, bacho, sandris etc The guys just needs slightly more experience

@@adeeltk endurance is just a by product of strength and specialise conditioning only achieved through arm wrestling. He’ll get there.

@mallhi5557 True, but if you notice many strong armwrestlers gas out quicker than others - a lot of strength based cardio (pushups, pullups, etc.) are key to developing that kind of endurance and stamina.

@adeeltk they gas out because of bad positions. Ofc, endurance comes into play when u are in a better position, working less than the other guy. Dave chafee being a prime example of a strong guy ending up in bad positions all the time. But yes, with time everything will come. Super promising.

I know you were saying it’s hard for you to train and get good a side pressure because your shoulders, do you know what’s causing the pain? I was struggling with shoulder pain for a while and found out that it was a problem in my lats and I needed to loosen them. Don’t know if it’ll work for you just wondering.

Alex wouldn’t go within 100 yards of Riekerd. There’s zero chance for that match. Alex is very selective about SB’s matches and there’s no way in hell a 115kg guy who can BEAT him will ever get that match.

I doubt it, Michael Todd was shown easily repping like a 240 kg squat with not much effort. Levan did even more I believe. Then there’s Leonidas who competes and Brian Shaw now entering. Wouldn’t be surprised if some of the Georgians can do 250-300kg. I doubt Riekard is squatting close to 300kg at his age.

This is my first time really seeing riekard…. My only question is why has this man not been to EVW yet? Like this is ridiculous. Nothing against Lachlan, he is a world class athlete and riekard pretty much has his way with lachy and Ryan.. I mean am I crazy for thinking riekard could give Paul linn a great match??? And just for the record I think Paul linn in a top 3 guy in his catogory. Linn is ridiculously good, but I really think riekard could give him a good match.. people on here talking about schoolboy… that match wouldn’t be close. Riekard would 3-0 him. How this man hasn’t already been to EVW.. and someone said he was only 22 😧 that’s insane! We could be looking at a legitimate prodigy.. I don’t say that lightly either.. very excited to see this man’s armwrestling journey! Can you imagine what he will be in 1-2 more years.. he could already be In the top 10 easily but in 1-2 years he could be a EVW world champ and really put Australia on the map!! They linked up with mock starts while they were fresh. “Practice means nothing” isn’t some type of template language to just throw around. You need to have eyes that are able to SEE the specific practice and you need to be able to see a blatant power gap when it exists. It’s quite amazing how people desperately want to make all things equivalent at all times. “Practice” isn’t always the same. That shouldn’t need to be explained.

Ryan is definitely the weakest of the three and Riekerd the strongest.
