Brilliant! This is the best explanation I've seen and thanks for showing how to get over out of square corners. I'm starting a new build site soon and haven't done this before so was a bit worried until I watched your tutorial 👏🙏

To mark out your male cut you could have laid the F cut on top, marked out on the top and transferred to the underside.

@@gavincollins9376 Every time you are transferring a mark it could be less accurate. This way is quicker.

Stupid question, how does the router bit not cut the jig?

The router has a guide bush. The guide bush runs on the jig . So the router bit is about 8mm away from the jig .
