Rotary pump is interesting. Side facing intake usually from a Dyna. Cleanest B series motor I've ever seen, nice work!

Yeah I reckon it’s a dyna motor but it fits anyways...

@@FULLBOAR same deal, you’ll just have different intake piping. Should be able to source the Landcruiser style easily from 40 series owners Facebook group if you want one to make intake packaging easier. The Dyna one may actually be helpful with front mount intercooler piping ;)

How'd you go about making all the parts look new? Just rebuilt my 1HDT but wasn't able to make it look new like this! Nice videos mate, very entertaining.

Hey mate, that engine is running smooth. Excited for the next videos to come, what are you planning? Cant wait to get my BJ42 torn apart and start the resto. I will also completely rebuild the original 3B....

Cheers for the comment mate. Just gonna resto it to mostly standard spec, maybe some bigger tyres and bar work and take it off-road.
