Landgraab Estate was in desperate need of a remodel. With this remodel, I went with a Georgian look, including large marble columns, a dramatic entryway, and many rooms, this remodel of Landgraab Estate is truly stunning! With plenty of bedrooms, and a semi-secret study, Landgraab Estate Remodel is what the Landgraabs truly deserve.

Ah that's ok! It would take a little.. switch active household, money cheat, and then I could move them back in. Thanks for answering. I just wanted to know before I lost the family in the clipboard. :)

I don't know how you have the patience to do that. I hate remodelling. I prefer to start from scratch. Probably why I never last at the architect profession in game.......

If you hold down Alt while placing an object, you will have free rotation and certain objects won't snap to place. However, this won't work with counters, to make every object not snap to place, you will have to use the cheat: disableSnappingToSlotsOnAlt on. After typing in this cheat if you hold down Alt you will have free rotation for all objects. Hope that helps! :)

i love it i think ill work on making it as best as i can as i usually have landgrabb but i never have enough space and the master is dark and i cant brighten it without a million lights

Unfortunately, I did not take cost into consideration. I am positive the new house costs quite a lot more than the old house.

Before I had that house but it will take me a lot of time remodeling so a sold the house. And purchase a land and I made a modern house.

This might be a stupid question but I dont have any of the expansion packs, well except supernatural, but since you used furniture and other things from different expansion packs does that mean when I try to download it some of the stuff will be missing? Also, I love your remodels :)

When you download the house, the objects you don't have will be replaced with objects you do have in your game :)

WOW! So amazing and beautiful! I love what you did. I am wondering.. if you kick out the Landgraab family to the clipboard, delete the original house, and replace it with your remodel, will they be able to afford to move back in? Did you take note of the price difference in the costs of the before and after houses, I mean.

I used the cheat "placeFriezes" on/off to create the layered roof on the garage and house :)
