According to the books, current heirs to the Rock are: 1 - Janei, daughter of Kevan, unmarried, so there could be more possible heirs; 2 - don't forget about Genna, Tywin's cousin; 3 - Tywin Frey, her grandson, current heir to the House Frey of Riverrun, 4 - Willem, his brother, 5 - Lyonel Frey, Genna's son, 6 - "Red Walder" Frey, his brother, 7 - Damon, son of Jason (it's not known yet whether he is still alive), 8 - Damion, his son, 9 - Lucion, his son, 10 - Daven, son of Stafford; 11 - Lanna, his sister, 12 - her children, 13 - Daven, 14 - Cerenna, his sister, unmarried, 14 - Myrielle, her sister, unmarried. I may be wrong but current head of the House is Cersei and before Tywin's grandfather Gerold ruled the house, his aunt Cerelle was the Lady of Rock. So children of Genna also can have strong claims. We can expect some squabbles between heirs who won't want Freys to rule the Rock. Also it's still unknown if Tyrek, Tywin's nephew, is alive. I read a theory that Varys will try or tried to find him. what i like about this, and their house is most of them arent even all that bad. its only Joffrey and Cersei who were truly bad, and Tywin and Jaime simply had a ruthless streak in them. spared of Tywin's rule, i can see the Lannisters reputation being more like the Tullys or Tyrells. just another noble family trying to climb the social ladder
