Well I use double layer nozzle (4mm diameter) for 12mm aluminum cutting with compressed air ( 17bar) 3kw fiber laser, and cutting quality is great.😊

Double layered nozzel used for better gas distribution,control,while cutting mild steel matarial with oxyegen, not for cooling. Please don't misguide
