Yes but Habitat has first dibs. That means when you want to sell whenever that maybe they have the right to buy it from you first at a “Fair Market value”

I have a question if anyone is out there and has an answer for me. At what point do you know that you are 💯 percent sure you are getting a house ??? I'm in the program and I have been accepted from the committee and I have as of right now 14 hours in, but I'm sick to my stomach all of the time waiting for the ball to drop. Also roughly how long did it take you to see your house built ??

My mortgage is $455.00 and I have a three bedroom two full bathrooms and I sleep in every room because I got the house after my four daughters were grown and gone so the house is all mine

@@susamgray2483 I have a pet pig- live in the country and trying to figure out if it’s customary for them to put up a fence for your small kids and pets.

@@LostNFoundASMR No it didn't but I gated my whole front porch and I been in my house thirteen years and I am the only person to live in my house after it was built

@@LostNFoundASMR I love having my own space..I date but they can't move in or spend the night..I had four daughters and they're all grown so I'm enjoying the free life and I'm loving it
